One hour before my appointment, I received a voicemail stating they needed "more information" about my service dog. When I returned the call, the receptionist incorrectly claimed that only "emotional support animals" were not allowed (I never said my service animal was an ESA). She then demanded that I bring in documentation or proof that my dog is a service animal, which is a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under federal law, businesses are not allowed to ask for documentation, certification, or proof of a service animal. They may only ask two questions: Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? What task has the dog been trained to perform? I politely informed them that their request was illegal, yet instead of correcting their mistake, they canceled my appointment on the spot. When I asked for the receptionist's name to document this incident, she hung up on me. Denying access to a legitimate service animal is discrimination and a violation of federal law. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Department of Justice and ADA enforcement authorities regarding this incident. If you are a person with a disability who relies on a service animal, I strongly caution you before booking here. Any business that refuses to follow federal law and treats customers this way should be held accountable.

This is one of my favorite places to get a massage, they have great masseuses and usually some really good weekly or monthly specials. Affordable massage? Uhm yeah, who doesnt want that?? They have about 5 rooms they use for massages, some are better and more nicely decorated than others. I always ask for the room in the back, simply because its farther away from the salon part of the spa. I find it hard to relax and zone out during a massage when all you hear is the whirring of hair dryers and stylists talking way too loud. I have also had the couples massage here, and it is also good to ask for the back room, for the same reason as a single massage. Sometime they will tell you its a tight fit for 2 tables back there, but they can do it if you explain why. They are very accommodating. You can also ask if you can bring in your own wine to have before or after the massage. A lot of times if you tell them its a special occassion (birthday, anniversary) they will get a bottle for you and some nice little chocolates or something to nibble on in the kitchen/relaxation room. Very nice touch. :) Nail services here are great. I love getting a pedi here. They only have 2 pedi chairs, and most pedis last 30 -45 mins, depending on which one you get. Unfortunately they dont have a lot of pedi specials. So most of them run about $40 and up. Hair services here are really good. I have yet to hear from someone in the last 10 years that hasnt liked their stylist. Prices are affordable, and fair. Stylists (the one i go to anyway) is great about answering all my questions about any given random hair product I have decided I needed. And she has also helped me with color suggestions and different cuts. They offer waxing and plenty of other add-ons to different services, they also offer bridal and little girls spa day specials.
