She even went above and beyond by checking the back for a product that wasn't on the shelf, and she found it for us. When it was time to check out, Emma noticed that we had spent enough to receive the adorable summer tote promotion. Unfortunately, they were out on the sales floor. I explained myself multiple times, but she still pushed another brand and then suggested taking me to someone else instead of actually helping. The staff did not feel friendly or engaged, and the experience came off as lazy and dismissive. I was visiting from out of town and was honestly surprised by how unwelcoming the environment felt. The entire experience was uncomfortable, and I walked out without buying anything. I'd rather drive to my usual Ulta location in Los Angeles, where customer service is consistently better.
