My balayage was really brassy and I had a few grey stragglers on top of my head I needed to have covered up. When I walked in, the pictures online don't even do the salon justice. It is so beautiful inside, I loved the ambiance, the staff was very friendly and the free coffee didn't hurt either. Jessica was very warm and friendly, offered some suggestions on the look I was trying to accomplish and the end result was simply amazing. I've had pretty bad color experiences before, but I will definitely be sticking with Jessica as long as I can! She even massaged my head/scalp and gave me under eye gel pads to help soothe my puffy under eye area...it felt like a mini spa get away.

Today I arrived as the app indicated I needed to wait 8 more minutes. As I'm sitting and waiting inside the business, the app suddenly change from 8 to 18 minutes. Hmmm. So I went to my car and sat there. When the app went down to 8 minutes again, I walked in and sat inside the business for my turn. Suddenly and again, the app went up from 8 minutes to 18 minutes. Exactly the same thing as before. I asked the workers if the app is working. One lady said I just walked in and so they had other people go before me. I explained I was already checked in on the app and checked in on the business. She said "just sit there and we'll take care of you shortly". I have an issue with people making mistakes over and over, and when they try to put the blame on the customer, that's as far as I go. My time is valuable, there's a ton of other places nearby. I will never set foot here again.
