There are better salons where you won't feel so nickel-and-dimed.

That loyalty clearly meant nothing. After 5 weeks between appointments, which has never been an issue in the nearly two years I've been coming, I was suddenly told my scheduled 3 week fill had to be changed to a full set for an extra $80, or my appointment would be canceled. There was no warning at my last visit and no willingness to assess my lashes in person, as had always been done before. Most of their clients are college students who go home for Christmas break for four weeks, and expecting us I guess "not" to get lashes done during that time when the lashes clearly don't last that long! Does not makes sense. This was never a problem before, yet suddenly it became a reason to drop me as a client. Instead of working with a long-term customer, management decided we were "not the right fit." It honestly just feels like this decision was about charging more money, and that's all that matters to them now. Policies can change, but communication, consistency, and loyalty should matter. Unfortunately, they didn't here. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and so will the friends I referred.

Hopefully the pictures will scare you away from this place, or at least from COURTNEY. She was too lazy to even blow dry the cut hairs out of my head at the end. The other professionals working there HAVE to be more competent than COURTNEY, but you have to beware of any place that would let anyone leave their door looking like this. On top of all that, I called ahead and was quoted $18, but was charged $20. Save yourself the sorrow, go ANYWHERE else. Supercuts, or even the free hair academy in Northport will do a much better job for much less. Maybe it might even be symmetrical.
