She's always professional and does a great job every time! It's a more clinical vibe than if you went to an individual esthetician, but everything is always clean and sanitary. A simple eyebrow waxing can have you out the door within 15 minutes, giving you plenty of time to run other errands in midtown. My most recent wax was yesterday (03/28/26) and it looks amazing! That loyalty clearly meant nothing. After 5 weeks between appointments, which has never been an issue in the nearly two years I've been coming, I was suddenly told my scheduled 3 week fill had to be changed to a full set for an extra $80, or my appointment would be canceled. There was no warning at my last visit and no willingness to assess my lashes in person, as had always been done before. Most of their clients are college students who go home for Christmas break for four weeks, and expecting us I guess "not" to get lashes done during that time when the lashes clearly don't last that long! Does not makes sense. This was never a problem before, yet suddenly it became a reason to drop me as a client. Instead of working with a long-term customer, management decided we were "not the right fit." It honestly just feels like this decision was about charging more money, and that's all that matters to them now. Policies can change, but communication, consistency, and loyalty should matter.
