I have recently moved out of the area and I am more than willing to fly back to receive the 10 star worthy service and stylings. She's a true artist. I also have had some services with Rebecca. She's also absolutely phenomenal. This place is more than fairly priced for the level of service you get here! I get my hair extensions from great lengths done here. The star for me is Elisa Paparo who has done my hair for several years. She works hard to accommodate her clients in every way. I have been going to this salon since it opened. All of the stylists are extremely friendly. I personally have the owner who is also a stylist do my hair cuts and colors. Only once was I dissatisfied with the coloring (not as bright as I wanted the highlights to be), and I was able to go in for a touch up at no additional cost. I have been working next door to Salon Flawless for three years. I thought using their salon for prom was a no brainier and that I'd be satisfied with my hair style (even though their prices are higher than my many other options.) After booking my appointment more than a month in advance, I arrived at the salon on the day of my senior prom right on time and was told it would be about five minutes..after a half hour of sitting right in front of them in their little waiting area, I finally went up to their desk where the owner and a stylist had been chatting since I had arrived and I asked how much longer it would be, and again only a couple minutes. Luckily, they were true to their word the second time. No apology was offered for the wait, nor was there notification that I would be waiting for my SCHEDULED appointment. I was charged $55 for a french twist, yes, their rate for an up-do, but I felt, but did not expect, that due to it's simplicity and the fact that I give them a discount every time they come into my workplace, the rate would be discounted a bit. Although they may be talented, the owner seemed to care little for the fact that I was late for pictures, and clearly upset. read more
