I had only been there once before so I would hope that a business trying to establish itself would make an attempt to accommodate its customers. Of course, the person I spoke with was a stylist not management which is Unfortunate for the owners who will definitely suffer as a result of this type of poor customer service. For the owner: Words to the wise: your customers pay your bills and support your business. Treat them with the same treatment you would want as a customer and you will be a success but if not your business will become your failure.
