I was promptly and kindly greeted by Helen as I walked in and they were very accommodating at getting me in after a less than 10 minute wait. There was a few that walked in after me and did not have an appointment and Helen was very kind when she told them that they wouldn't be able to take them at that time but let them know what time later they would be available for services. I highly recommend making an appointment! They had a great color selection with plenty of polishes for regular manicures and gel. I opted for a pedicure and gel manicure on this visit as I have a wedding to attend over the weekend and my CA Bridal Shower and Bachelorette next week. Melanie was my nail tech and she was so wonderful. Quick, efficient and persist. When it came to my manicure, she checked in several times to be sure the length and shape style was to my preference. I was trying out a particular paint style as an option for my upcoming wedding. I showed her a picture and she executed it flawlessly. I enjoyed my first time experience so much, I booked a future appointment for myself and full bridal party (8 total) for us to get manis/pedis the day before my wedding. Even as we are coming out of the tail end of these crazy Covid times, they have strong safety protocols in place which I appreciated. So I asked the owner why that was and she stated because I don't tip enough for them to service me. I paid $75 for gel manicure and regular pedicure. I've tipped between 10 / 20 dollars almost every time I've came with the exception of twice I tipped $5 . I believe this is racially motivated. The majority of the clientele is Caucasian with very few women of color( maybe 4 or 5). She has not once asked any of her Caucasian clientele to tip.

I booked online…read morespecifically with Linna because of her great reviews, but when I arrived, they assigned me to someone else and told me the technician selection on their website doesn't actually matter -- which was really misleading. The technician I ended up with did a very poor job. The nail shapes were all different, the sides weren't properly painted, and the polish was applied so thick that it looked messy. I quietly mentioned it to the front desk because I didn't want to embarrass the technician, but they only offered me 10% off or to have the same technician repaint, which I declined. The staff did suggest trying another technician next time, but honestly, the experience was disappointing enough that I don't think I'll be returning.

I had a facial, a brow wax and some light body waxing. She hit me up for $275. I was shocked after coming here for 10 years and having the same services in addition in the past I've added on manicures and pedicures and it never came to $275. So disappointed. She's all business. She'll talk about how wonderful she is and what it's going to do for your face but I left there with red blotches that still haven't gone away. I realize it's often typical to have some redness after facial but this is unusually deep purple and I hope it'll be gone in the morning. I do not recommend Tracy at all... And to charge me $275. She's out of her mind. Additionally I didn't even get a hand massage while she had my mask drying.... Instead she went out for a half an hour to work on another customer when I should have been having a hand massage.
