I initially booked Christina for my first 2 appointments which was a color correction with a haircut and my follow-up was a toner and haircut. Her work truly speaks for itself and I'm so glad I found her. Each time I go to this salon the entire staff is friendly and even offer complimentary drinks (non-alcoholic). The atmosphere is super clean and gives chic vibes. My most recent appointment was with Ashlynn and I was a little scared going to a new person, but it all worked out. This place is disappointing & way overpriced for the quality of the service & level of experience of the stylist I had. I left with stains from the hair dye on my face, ears & neck, which the stylist seemed unconcerned about until I pointed it out & asked her how to remove it (she had no idea). This place will never get my business again. What a waste of time & money. I've gotten much better quality service from other salons for literally half the cost. This is a just a substandard, run-of-the-mill mid-level hair salon marketing itself as a luxury high-end salon. Don't be fooled & waste your money. read more

I don't think I've ever left a bad review anywhere but unfortunately I had a bad experience here. maybe I'm being unreasonable, your choice!! I left my extensions with a newer stylist to tone them to my hair color. I was not given a quote and maybe I should have asked. I came back when they were done a week later and i was charged 200 dollars because "since I am a newer stylist, it took me more hours to do and I charge by the hour." that is more expensive than my extensions as a whole and I wish I'd been warned or quoted once they realized it would take so long. also, they atill did not match my hair, and I had to dye them myself after being unable to afford another person to do it. Buyer Beware! I called to cancel, & reschedule due to illness, and realized I had inadvertently wrote down the wrong time when this appointment was set. The receptionist said they would charge me a 25% cost for what my total service would have been, and would charge my card they have on file! First I was not given this information when I booked this appt, nor the last 2 times I have come in for hair service. Fortunately, I made my bank aware so no charges would be applied. Today was my very first time at Salon Inspire and the hair stylist that worked on my hair was Jadyn. I must admit that I was quite nervous of how my experience was going to turn out, specifically how my hair was going to turn out. My first impression walking in and after looking around the salon, I observed the place was very clean and organized. She made me coffee with vanilla and was pleasantly surprised how good it was lol[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Jadyn also has this essential oil diffuser at her work space, which smelled so wonderfully relaxing! If I could give negative stars I would. Go ANYWHERE other than here! I requested an appointment online in which I specifically BOOKED an appointment for a haircut and balayage. The day of my appointment I AGAIN specify that is what I want. After being there 5 hours..I was never acknowledged by anyone, asked if I'd like a magazine, something to drink..nothing. My entire head was HIGHLIGHTED..all the way up to my hairline..it looked like when you use one of those caps at home, it was awful I went to the bathroom and cried. When I came back out I asked if she was going to do a color melt or something, anything really to fix it..she had to see if she had time and when she decided she would have time she proceeded to "color melt" approx a half inch of my hair..all over so now it looks like I used a cap to highlight my hair at home and it grew out..meanwhile she's trying to sell me on getting extensions there..like get real why would I come back for anything let alone something that's so costly when clearly they're unable to do very basic things correctly. Btw DO NOT get tape in extensions here ..they are obvious and look ridiculous the girls who work there that had them in..I was just embarrassed for them you could easily see the tapes on all of them..and they work there..I can only imagine how awful someone else's would turn out that doesn't work there..seriously don't do it you'll be embarrassed. Anyways so because she's pushing these extensions so hard she says she'll book me an appointment for those and just trim my hair..once again I BOOKED a balayage and haircut..she didn't even cut my hair just skimmed a razor over the top...doesn't even blow dry my hair at this point I'm so upset and have just wasted my entire day (6hrs) for my hair to look awful. I specifically say I'm going to be late that I need to be somewhere and it takes over 15 mins for them to check me out ..during this time I'm the only one waiting there and no one even acknowledges me until they try and tell me my total is 1,000 some dollars ..at this point I just laughed, they say that's with the extensions...the ones I never even agreed to..I say I want to pay for today only ..they charge me 194 dollars..I'm so pissed I pay and leave crying the entire hour drive home..I pull over half way and email the salon stating I didn't get what I asked for and asking for a refund I sent 4 other emails also over the next few weeks..the one response I got from the manager said I could come back in..there is no way I'm ever going there again I again asked for a refund stating that I wasn't given what I booked and requested and letting her know I had to spend the entire next day somewhere else getting it fixed..she stopped responding and refused to refund my money. Worst experience ever, horrible customer service ..they shouldn't even be in business it's a joke. If you book an appointment receive confirmation Of the requested booking..you should be given what you ask for..they refuse to refund my money ..DO NOT GO HERE for any reason they are not capable of doing what's requested and refuse to apologize or admit to being wrong and they stole 192 dollars from me..It's obvious they do this type of thing all the time. read more

I've given 1 additional star for the decent haircut/color I received here, but I can say for $190 I'm nowhere near as impressed as I should be. The reason I'm leaving a review is because I am pretty disappointed in the irresponsible behavior of this business. I know I chose to make an appointment to get my hair done during a health pandemic, but I also have expectations that businesses are following the guidelines of their local county and city to be in compliance during this time. I booked my appointment online with a single stylist, one of the owners in fact. At no point, until I was sitting in the chair and not in any position to refuse, was I informed that my stylist would have an "associate" standing beside us the entire time handing her foil sheets, or that this associate would be washing or drying my hair. I did not book this associate, I booked the owner and paid her rate, so I should have been given 100% of her attention. It is my belief that during this pandemic, that sort of greedy overbooking practice to be working on multiple heads simultaneously is completely irresponsible. The proof lies in the fact that a week after I visited this salon, I received a call informing me the associate that I never booked in the first place, tested positive for COVID the day after my appointment. The timeline I was given indicates this individual had been tested prior to working on me and had reason to suspect she may be a COVID risk and should not have been working at all.
