She said don't come between 12-1, I arrive at 1:25 just for her to tell me they're fully booked for the day and preceded to try and book me for another day. I told her no I don't want it I'm just really confused why she didn't book an appointment when I called She had no answer other than they booked up really fast on a day it's 15 degrees outside.
