We even hugged when I left, I was so excited with my new cut!!) This all happened in text messages. Happened in a split second -- she fired me. Then, later on the owner told me not to go back. So, I suggest if you want to be in a place that isn't judge and jury all rolled up into one --- keep looking. I think it's important to have a sense of humor and at the very least offer your client some 'air time' to explain without being so defensive. It was shocking. I apologized profusely and never received an acknowledgment on any level.
