I wish I had the option to leave zero stars. had an appointment with Louis and ran 10 minutes late due to an emergency. Louis was so exceptionally hostile, rude and passive aggressive. It made me feel so anxious and uncomfortable I had to leave. I would never ever ever ever recommend this salon ever. Not worth ruining your day and mood over. There are so many amazing salons in the westchester area. Please save your energy, time, and money and GO SOMEWHERE else. Horrible experience and costumer service. Wish I never tried this salon out. Let's just say I don't think I would ever spend my money In a place that their employees feel so comfortable enough to tell someone to park their car somewhere else because they look like they need the exercise. The woman has red hair and white pants on with a blue top today. First of all what I do OUTSIDE IN A PUBLIC PARKING LOT has not one single thing to do with you. How I choose to park MY vehicle has not one single thing to do with you. To the lady who cursed me out while walking into the salon to clock in, your attitude is ugly and will push many clients away. I told them this was the best salon I've ever been to and I wasn't lying. I have long, thick hair, which is no easy task. It took almost 6 hours to get my hair colored, glazed, cut and blown dried, but that's because of how caring my stylist was. I had Carolina, who knew exactly what she was doing. She was so attentive to every detail, knowing what I wanted and how to do it. She even gave me tips on how to manage my hair and how to keep it from getting brittle, and told me a lot of stuff I didn't even know. The entire staff was also so kind, the assistants were great, the boss was nice and funny, all around a wonderful experience. This was money and time both well spent. My stylist, Maryann, is a lovely woman with a big and welcoming personality. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and always listens to what I want. I chose this salon after reading positive reviews. I called and requested a cut and half head of foils. I knew nothing about any of the stylists, so I played roulette and went with whom ever was available at the time I wanted. I ended up seeing Carolina. turned out to be amazing. The salon its self is neat, tidy, modern enough to feel "now" without being over the top. the staff has all been friendly and accomodating. I was pretty vague with Carolina about what I wanted, however she ended up doing an amazing job. I told her I wated my hair "natural looking" and to make that wish come true she put a zillion foils in my hair. While this does take quite a bit of time, the result was excellent, and I never felt like she was annoyed with taking the time to do it right. I like my hair long, and sometimes people have ended up cutting way more than I have asked for. She checked with me about how much would be trimmed, and then stuck to it. I have now been back once with a second excellent result, and will be back again. read more
