The whole salon is welcoming, the staff is super friendly, and they even offer cappuccinos. I always leave feeling great and looking forward to my next visit. I've been seeing Alyssa for about 6 years and I completely trust her with my hair. She always picks the perfect color for the season, and I leave looking amazing every time. She's great with reschedules, can squeeze me in last minute, and reaches out if I haven't been in a while. And before anyone comes at me, I did follow instructions, I waited 36 hours to wash my hair and use special shampoo/conditioner for keratin treated hair. As for my hair cut, that was also a joke. I asked to cut all my spilt ends, ended up getting just a 1/4 inch cut. I haven't gotten a cut in years so I know my spilt ends were definitely longer than an inch at least! Lastly, the owner "Cynthia" is just plain rude, unapproachable and unprofessional. When I went to pay, I had the Yelp coupon that's 20% off first service. She didn't want to honor it and was absolutely clueless about this Yelp offer that she has on her own business page. LOL then I showed it to her and she said "uh ok we'll do it as a one time exception". LOL Lady what does that mean? You and your business put this on Yelp? A tactic to lure more clients? I guess so.
