I needed a gel fill and had a broken nail that was very painful. I was nervous to try a new place but the owner (?) was very gentle with my nail. There is some uneven color and thickness on my nails but she did a good job at listening to my requests in terms of shape. I left happy. The next day my damaged nail snapped off and she had no time for a repair for a couple of days. It has been a week and a half after my nails and they all seem to be coming off near my cuticle. Something I have never had to deal with at other nail salons. I've had a friend get shellac there and they have only lasted a week as well. It was $35 dollars for my gel fill, and didn't last nearly as long as other places.

My last experience was me going in for my fill and before it even happened, in-front of two other customers she said to me that I had scheduled two different appointments when that had never happened and made me feel very uncomfortable so I ended up leaving and never went back. Very very poor customer service. She honestly needs to learn better English so she can actually communicate with her clients.
