Although disappointed, I understand that the business owner can make that decision on behalf of their establishment...HOWEVER prominently displayed throughout that store were at least 8 or 10 posters advertising that promotion. Hard to understand. So was my stylist just dismissing my coupon or was she told not to honor that coupon? I was going to ask her but did not. To top it off, found that senior haircuts increased to $20. Been a customer for several years but perhaps it may be time to make a change. Oh well.

I had to move in pain and tell her she was hurting me multiple times. I asked for a straight across cut, nothing special and I left with random pieces all throughout my head to the point I had to come home and cut the stragglers because it was so noticeable. The owner at the time or either a manger, a younger woman with full eyeliner and blonde hair did my hair . She covered my head in foils and walked away proceeding to disappear for over 20 mins straight up over processing my hair . She peeked behind the top foil I remember and said oh wow you lightened up quickly! I was so disappointed cause I asked for a soft light blonde something to brighten me up but she made me platinum! My hair still hasn't recovered to this day and I haven't seen my original color in years I'm so unhappy. The final cost which luckily I didn't pay was 375$! Well Colleen had cut my hair quite a few times when she worked at Buzz Cuts. So when my wife was running late for her appointment because of being stuck in traffic I made the phone call for her to cancel with Colleen. But I figured why waste the cancellation, I took her spot and got the trim. As always Colleen does a terrific job. I know how particular women can be about getting their hair done. Once they find the right hairdresser, it's like a match made in heaven. They're even willing to travel for that cut and color. Us men, we are not that concerned. So long as it looks decent we're happy. I'm glad to have re-connected with Colleen, as I said she does a great job and the conversation is always enlightening. See ya in a few months!
