I was very nervous, but Lauren was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable and listened to everything I said about how I wanted my hair done. It was a drastic change from a faded blonde with dark brown roots showing almost 5 inches ‍; to a gorgeous dark brown. It made a huge difference because it gave more warmth to my complexion which is rather fair. It is similar to the popular "ombré" look, yet was blonde on blonde instead of light brown on darker brown tones. I love it! They do a great job on brow waxing also by following the natural shape of your brows vs just making them too thin. They are closed Sunday and Monday, so make sure to call ahead for an appointment because they book quickly! The prices are great and not overpriced for the quality they provide. They are more expensive than a quick walk-in salon, but I don't mind if it means I will leave feeling and looking great!

I was nice to her and said thanks and she hung up on me. The point of these groupons and living social deals is to GAIN business, obviously they don't understand how to treat (potential) customers. Needless to say I will never patron Irvin Roberts Salon. Customer service should be the first thing they teach you at a job where you service the public.
