I was nice to her and said thanks and she hung up on me. The point of these groupons and living social deals is to GAIN business, obviously they don't understand how to treat (potential) customers. I asked her to cut my girls' hair in cute chin-length bobs. She cut both of their hair way shorter. She cut it basically up to their ears. They seriously had bowl cuts. It has taken four months for their hair to grow to the chin-length style i originally requested. As for my hair, i was trying to let it grow out. I asked her to try and even out any layers I had and to not add anymore. She definitely cut it shorter than I requested and added layers! I let it grow for three months before I went to another salon. The stylist was shocked at how bad of a cut I had received. Original review-- Karla is wonderful. My daughters and I came in to get haircuts, and we left very pleased with our new hairstyles. My girls are 3 & 4, and they have never had their hair cut so well before. Karla took her time to ensure their hair cuts came out perfect. From past experiences, other hair salons have cut my girls' hair quickly and not very well.
