Beyond it being a beautiful salon when you walk in, everyone here is incredibly kind and welcoming! Claire did my consultation and even though I wasn't sure how to explain what I was looking for, she knew exactly what I was looking for. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my upcoming appointment. During my consultation she also fixed my curtain bangs, and they fit my face so much better than what I had before and gave me so much confidence. She was so fun and easy to talk to as well. She knows her stuff and won't just tell you what you want to hear. Her reputation is everything. It isn't a chain so the company is able to recruit and retain high quality, talented stylists who are dedicated to their craft and continually strive to better themselves. The lady who cuts my hair and does the best brow wax I've ever had, has been there since I started going to Hotshots 5 or 6 years ago. My husband gets his hair cut by another lady who has been there just as long. Hotshots is truly a salon for the whole family - kids included. To top it off, they recently added a Pac-Man game - on the off chance one might have to wait a few minutes. Hotshots does accept walk-ins but it's always good a call ahead. Saturdays or before major holidays, they can get super busy. I have no reservations in recommending Hotshots for anyone!

I arrived early, waited for 12 minutes after my scheduled time. No one ever showed up, the salon was dark! They are supposed to open at 10:00 and perhaps something happened, but what bothered me was, I didn't receive a phone call asking if I would like to reschedule. This salon did not leave a good first impression for a new client, needless to say, I won't go back.
