My nail tech did great until she was painting a design and on one nail, the straight line was very crooked. I asked her if she could fix it and she didn't speak English so she called over a man who knew a little bit. I explained to him I wanted the crooked line to be straight (like all the other nails). My tech and the man began speaking in a different language so I turned on my phone's translation app. They were talking about me in a different language saying "I'm not going to make it perfect, I'm going to make it worse".
