I loved the online system she has set up for appointments. You don't need to call in at all! She has combo deals listed on her scheduling website as well so you can choose as much or as little as you want to get done. Jess works very fast, I have long curly hair and I was in and out in the shortest amount of time compared to other facilities that I have been to. This is no way reflects poorly on her work. She gave me a great cut and the exact look I wanted with highlights. The studio is in a strip mall type setting. When you walk in there is no formal reception area. The space is divided into each individuals' own space; for example if there were about 5-7 stylists, each had their own portioned area and each area was decorated completely different. We moved to Rochester temporarily, while my husband undergoes treatment at Mayo. I searched for best haircut in Rochester. Oh my gosh, couldn't have been more accurate. I received a warm welcome as I entered the nice and clean Salon. I didn't go in for a "quick trim", but wanted a BIG change (took off 3+inches) Jess is amazing! Not only did she take the time to view some pics of what I wanted, but used her skill, to make a new look for me! My only regret is I did't take before and after pics! I just tried getting hair extensions put in and it looks fantastic. I came in for my usual hair overhaul and brow wax and to pick up some conditioner and decided to try something out of my comfort zone. She made the extensions match my new color and cut exactly, you would never know they are there. My hair looks so much thicker, and healthier. We had so much fun, it was so easy. I think I look much younger, at least I think so. I'm making a reservation to go out tonight and show this off for sure. I still have plenty of cash left over too. Jess does a great job with hair but the service I experienced was sub-par. When I walked in she didn't look up from her phone and then just left the room for a short while (which is whatever, she has stuff to do, I get it). She had also double booked me with someone else getting color. I understand this is common but I was waiting around for a good 15-20 minutes to pay while she was finishing this other lady's hair.
