I went in to have a cut & color done on my hair the lady sat me down in the chair and started to brush out my hair when she said "oh my God you have bugs in your hair " at that point I'm freaking out I've never had lice or anything of that sort in my entire life . I've never noticed any itching or any type of lice symptom so at this point I'm confused she proceeded to tell me I have lice bad and she can't cut my hair . and she's yelling this loud as can be too . after this visit I'm embarrassed so I have my head checked by not 1 but 3 different people and not a single person one including a nurse said they could see anything other than dandruff .. I'm never going back there after they embarrassed me like that . read more

Asked for a 1 on sides and back and 3 on the top. Blended kind of high. It took 3 attempts and she gave up. Still not a number one on the sides. It's a 2. I have hair clipping all down my shirt. Worst hair cut I have ever gotten. Had a better cut first day in boot camp. read more

My past couple experiences have not be the greatest. Because the first time the lady that did my eyebrows was rude the whole time I was in there she was extremely rude to me. Her and another employee charged me way to much money for just a haircut for my boyfriend and my eyebrows. 20$ for his and it was only supposed to be 10$ for mine instead she charged me 50$ plus. The most recent i've been in Supercuts on mall road was a few months ago and a different employee did my eyebrows, i believe she did this on purpose to. Because she didn't put enough wax on my right eyebrow and she ripped my skin to where it started bleeding and was scarred for a while until it healed. So the service was not very good if you ask me. I would not recommend anyone to go to this Supercuts. The vibes were not good either as you can tell by what I've wrote so far. read more

I came and had highlights here by a lady named Shana. The manager, I walked out with the exact same hair style as I did when I got there. I paid 130$ and did NOT get any highlights. But I had no choice but to pay. I feel so robbed! I will never be back !!!! read more

Showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment after using Online Check-In. Still had to wait 30 minutes and left due to it being a blatant waste of my time. I understand being busy but workers were just sitting around while only one person was getting their haircut. One guy came in late after me and they took him immediately. Clearly a lack of priorities and I will not be returning. I should have listened to the poor reviews. read more

Do not waste your time here. If you want to look like you fell down head first into a running lawnmower then let them cut your hair. Only thing they care about is turning tables and getting you out of there as fast as possible which means they will not ask what you want and how short you want it. Trust me you'll get more experienced barber/stylist from a blind orangutan with Parkinson's. read more

I went into supercuts to get a haircut about 3 inches shorter. The lady spoke to me 1 time, and then completely direguarded my requests. She ended up cutting about 5 inches off, and chopping a layer in. (Which was not asked for) Some might say I now resemble a blonde Lord Farquad, or Shang from Mulan. Therefore I DO NOT reccomend this facility for haircuts, because they have a tendancy to give haircuts that resemble male Disney characters. Thank you! read more

Great experience with Jessie. She was efficient , friendly, and did a great job with my hair. She greeted me as I walked in and told me it would be about 15 minutes, which wasn't an issue for me. She called me back and began cutting my hair and she tried a different style at my request. Great look. I will return. read more

I recently went to this Supercuts and although the cut turned out okay, I was not impressed. My stylist's name was Mary Ann. I found this out by looking at my receipt after I had left. The young lady did not ever introduce herself or even ask me how I wanted my hair done. After telling her that I wanted the wash and a cut service for $17, she led me to the shampoo bowl. She did a thorough job at washing and she used tea tree shampoo and conditioner. She led me back to her chair and began taking out her supplies, some of which were still covered in hair left from a previous client. There were chunks of hair on the floor near and around the chair I was sitting in. She never asked how I liked to style my hair or what I wanted to do with it, so I offered to show her a picture of what I wanted before she began. She decided to use clippers and shears, and although there was leftover hair on the tools, she quickly wiped and sprayed them with a cleaning spray before she began her work. She made polite conversation here and there. I noticed that her nail polish was very chipped, she was wearing flip flops, and her hair was very messy, like she had just gotten out of bed. When we were done she showed me the back of my head and I thanked her for the haircut. We had some problems at the register with the card reader. After I left with my receipt I noticed that she had spelled my last name completely different from what I told her and she charged me for a service I did not ask for, the Tea Tree Experience for $18, when I had asked for the Supercuts II service for $17. As it was only a dollar difference I decided not to make a fuss over it, but I found that to be incredibly rude and decided that I will not return to that location. If she had asked me if I wanted to upgrade to another service I would have been a lot happier and would have considered returning. read more

My stylist is Brittany and she does an awesome job! She has been fixing a very bad haircut I received at a high priced salon and we are finally there. The pricing is great leaving much room for a good tip which is well deserved. Will definitely keep going back. read more
