One of the things I really like about Eclipse is the online reservation system she uses. You don't have to call when you think she's open, just go online and use the automated booking system that has a pop up calendar and shows what dates and time slots are available. I have medium length hair and was looking for an inch taken off. He did a great job and actually taught me some things about my hair. The cut did not include a wash though and my left and right side were really uneven. My biggest issue is with where the topic of conversation landed. We started talking about pets and he started telling me about how he dominated his tiny dog by hitting it a few times. He also went into a story that involved him telling the adoption agency multiple times that he planned on killing the dog if they didn't take it back. Pretty awkward.
