She did exactly what I asked for and had some wonderful ideas for me. The vibe of this salon is super cute! And everyone was so nice. I moved to CG a year ago, but was still driving to Eugene every few weeks to get my hair done until I finally decided it was time for me to find a more convenient stylist and support my local community. I drive by this salon almost daily and figured I'd give it a shot and I was not disappointed!! SHE IS A NATURAL TALENT. she introduced me to "dusting," and my hair couldn't have looked better, and I honestly couldn't tell any difference in the length!!! Wow. WIN WIN She does GREAT color. And styling and BRAIDS!! WONDER WOMAN of the hair professional. Can't say enough great things about her. Wish I were closer. But I fly once a year from Tennessee to have her deal with my hair!!! The girl that cut my hair seemed to be in a hurry with walk ins and all, trying to eat between them. I had a scheduled appointment. The haircut I asked for was not executed whatsoever. She took about 10 minutes or less to stack the back of my hair. Upon getting home, I realized she did cut a few layers in the back ( I couldn't tell there because she flat ironed it) not at all what I asked for. read more

I had an appointment at another salon but due to a mishap in schedualing, they couldn't get me in. I was desperate to get a cut since I hadn't had one in a year and it was needed! I called Shampoo Dolls and they got me in so that was great. I put on my mask and walked up to the door noticing the mask mandate posted on the door. I walked in and noticed that instead of a mask my stylist wore a shield, not the best thing to wear up close with people. I also noticed that the place was very dusty, dirt and hair in the corners, a child (unmasked) with a banana half eaten laying on the setee, a customer (unmasked) being serviced by a stylist also unmasked. In this time of Covid 19, I would think that they would want to reassure clients that they are clean and sanitizing. I did like my stylist Tasha, she did a great job but when I got home I took a long shower. I don't think that I will be back. read more

I called shampoo dolls and the owner answered the phone,she was super polite and got me in at a time that worked for my schedule.
