(And because you can't use laser that close to your eyes...electrolysis seemed like the only logical alternative. I was so ready to retire from my lifetime of plucking & preening!) Paula is wonderful - not only is she knowledgeable but she's kind, patient & always fun to talk to. On my first visit, she took the time to explain the whole process to me & what kind of timeline we were probably looking at. She could sense I was a little nervous when I asked her how much it would hurt. So she sweetly offered to do a quick trial session just so I could see if I thought it was something I could handle. (I could!) It's definitely a commitment but one that is so worthwhile. To be freed from my tweezers has been blissful. Now I have beautifully shaped eyebrows that I never have to worry about. I've been here twice so far and been very pleased both times. She is great at talking throughout the service so it isn't uncomfortable at all. She is also incredibly quick while not feeling rushed. I'm always out within 30 minutes of arrival. The last time I went I was 9 months pregnant. She kindly explained that it would be more sensitive than usual and outlined her approach to ensure I was comfortable. When I needed a break from one area and to switch positions, she easily pivoted over to another area and helped me get comfortable. And I show up for this appointment and the center is closed. I call the office and they apologise for not intimating me. I do not know how this business is surviving.
