I struggled since I was a teenage with combination skin that would either get incredibly dry or oily with breakouts. I also did not know where to start when it came to products and had been using cleansers and lotions that were not good for my skin for years. On top of that, I am frequently outside in the mountains in varying weather conditions which was starting to show. Since working with Demi, my skin has cleared up tremendously. I'm also finally invested in my routine, taking care to follow it morning and night. Since last year, I've seen Demi for her collagen induction therapy, or microneedling. I have noticed a huge decrease in pigmentation and redness, particularly around my nose. And I have fewer lines and wrinkles around my eyes. Two people in the last 6 months assumed I was 28 (I'm 42!), so the treatment is clearly working. I cannot wait to see how it looks and feels in the next six months after this round. And I can't say enough nice things about the concierge, Travis. If I'm slammed and can't get my towels folded, he's there for me. He shows my clients to my room, reaches high things (I'm short) for me, lifts heavy things for me, and over-all takes care of things and helps things go just a little more smoothly. Worst facial of my life…read more This is in a doctor facility, not a nice spa type of establishment. As soon as I walked in she started trying to upsell me. If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.
