Rachel is so good at what she does I don't even think my son knew what was happening. Every time he started to get curious - she had a distraction lined up. We showed her a photo of what we wanted. She listened asked a couple clarifying questions and then asked what my son would like to watch on TV. Rochelle did a great job praising my son, working quickly and efficiently and when she was done cutting asked us if we had any changes we would like made and then showed us a couple ways to style his hair. My husband and I left really happy. Haircut was $17 and we ended up buying the product (specially designed for toddlers hair). Overall great experience, don't let the terrible old reviews sway you from giving it a try!

When we asked Raven to leave the curls and just trim up around the sides she completely disregarded what we said and cut off all the curls and made his hair way shorter than we said we wanted it to be.
