Miranda did a wonderful job on both of us. I also saw (what I believe) the owner and another stylist working at the same time. Everyone there is so personable and friendly. During that time, I watched someone walk in without any online check-in and get seated immediately for their haircut while I continued to sit there. What's the point of having an online check-in system if you're not going to honor it? I followed the process correctly and still got pushed to the back of the line. The staff seemed completely unaware of how their own system was supposed to work. If you're going to offer online check-in, actually use it properly. Otherwise, just go back to first-come, first-served. Don't waste your customers' time with a system that doesn't work. Won't be returning to this location.
