Then she did the complete opposite of what we agreed, and badly. Hair is very short and uneven all arounda top and sides--pops up w/o any length--and long in back at bottom which is what i had wanted shortened. Left side longer than right by over an inch. Worst haircut i could even imagine. Last things SHE said were to be conservative because you can always trim more, then pulled front-sides down and said to keep that length. Yes. Then why did she immediately cut it all off?? Blow out equally horrid--fanned it up and back like some '60s style despite me saying my hair has strong forward direction and would not stsy there. Looked like a banshee. I have min 6 months of misery and more $$ on fixes before this will be decent again. JUST. SO. BAD.

I just had my wedding a week ago and felt the need to come on here and rave about the service I received. She was very professional from the get go and highly responsive thru emails and phone calls. She was the first one to respond to my online requests and one of the few that took the time to call me to discuss my options. Since I was researching everything from far away, she was very helpful. My wedding day went off without a hitch and my makeup looked amazing and stayed on all day. I practically needed some paint thinner and a chisel to get it off at the end of the night. LOL It was about 85 degrees and even taking all the pictures in the heat, my makeup stayed in tact. I got several compliments. I am also Indian, and was having an Indian wedding, so I needed someone who would be able to work with my skin tone/makeup needs. I take care of my skin but (or maybe, therefore) do not wear make up daily. I did not want to be overdone, and my husband wouldn't have liked it either. My mom NEVER wears makeup, so was very hesitant to even get it done for the wedding, but my sister and I convinced her it would be better for the photos (we were TOTALLY right). Kris made me look like myself, but also STUNNING. I did not feel overdone, and would often forget that I was wearing makeup, until I'd catch a glimpse in the mirror-- it was like I was lightly--but authentically-- photoshopped. Same thing for my mom and sister... we still, to this day, talk about how Kris walked an incredibly fine line, and made us feel SO good, both in terms of how we looked AND felt (she is so chill and calming! Her studio is great.) We still revel in the compliments we get from anyone who sees the photos! She matched my makeup to my skin, and my red/orange/gold wedding dress (traditional Indian colors) perfectly. Kris also recommended my hair styles who I was very happy with. I did the trial the morning of one of my other wedding events earlier that week, which was a genius idea she suggested. I scheduled a trial and during the trial she tried several different hair styles and makeup applications. She was also very open to my ideas and was good about giving honest feedback. She also was very knowledgeable about new trends in hair and makeup application. After the trial, we took pictures and discussed what things needed to change via email and phone. As any bride, I started getting nervous about my hair and makeup but the week before the wedding Leticia had me in her salon and put my mind at ease. On the day of my wedding she showed up on time and ready to go. She even stayed to ensure that my makeup application and hair were just right for pictures after the wedding.
