The place is spotless and nicely decorated and every time I have to call teh receptionist is sweet and accomodating. Their prices are always reasonable and the most important thing : the cut is always exactly what I am looking for. Actually I lied, its usually better. I hate dealing with my hair. I hate thinking about what to do with my hair. I hate styling it, drying it, dying it... I just hate messing with it in general. So that's why I just go whine to Natalie and she fixes me. Normally, I don't ever come back to a colorist with issues, so this was a first for me, but I was glad to work with her to fix it. The management was awful from the start. I called to make my appointment and she had me tell her what I was having done. I have no idea, I don't know the different color techniques or what I should have done. Turns out they wanted to know how much time I would need in the chair. I would have no idea. Then I had a serious issue with the color itself. The front is brassy blond with odd root lines showing and the back is almost a white blond. But I was happy to go in for a fix. Management called me prior to my "fix it" appointment and I was grilled demanding to know my entire hair color history over the phone, I'm not a colorist so I had no idea how to explain it or what I was going to need to have done to fix it. The I was accused of being unhappy with what I told the colorist to do. Huh? If a customer is unhappy and kindly requests a fix, why didn't she have me come in and evaluate herself, rather than grill me over the phone? Turns out she was concerned about how much time I would require in a chair, again. Also, she informed me that I'd have to pay for the blow out after it was fixed. I am supposed to walk out with wet hair and assume the color looks good? She explained you weren't happy with the color, not the blow out. So, you have to pay for the blowout. WHAT? The tone used, the excuses, the blame the customer attitude and my hair still isn't the way I'd like it.

I was supposed to have an appointment here today and it randomly got canceled. I am going out of…read moretown tomorrow and only chose this place because they're the only place around me that had availability, why makes sense now. They're the most unprofessional and rude people I've ever interacted with. I scheduled my appointment Monday afternoon expecting to just simply receive an email about my appointment. Instead I had a received a message from my hairdresser jasmine asking if I wanted highlights in my hair?? In my appointment I had stated that I had three colors in my hair and was simply looking for a touch up and to redo my roots. I was not on my phone all day due to being at work and when I get home I see my appointments canceled. Absolutely frustrated I message asking why my appointment was canceled stating how extremely unprofessional it is to cancel someone's hair appointment not even 24 hours before the appointment but all she had to say was that "it was her policy" and it would be a bigger service which no it wouldn't, it's a color touch up, she refused to even see my hair before canceling my appointment a second time when I made it again so keep in mind she didn't even have any clue what she was working with. My hair is a super easy fix everyone told me that and when I got my hair done in Florida they told me it would be about $90 to recolor it which is what you guys charge but then she's telling me it's a bigger service and she can't do it? So now I have to go on vacation with my hair faded and looking like this when I could've looked for other places earlier. Now it's definitely too late as I leave tomorrow and I've wasted my time and energy.
