This most recent appt she did partial highlights with clear glaze and my color has never looked better! For reference- my hair is naturally medium brown this time of year. Natasha really listens to what you want and nails it every time. She's also super sweet! Valentina cut my hair and also did an incredible job! I explained to the stylist Kim that I wanted just the split ends cut and my layers even out. I reminded her before and after I was shampooed and after she started cutting. Kim was very unorganized and seemed to struggle working with my hair that was "so long and thick" I asked if she was capable of doing what I asked for. She said it was a simple cut and would take 15 minutes. She then claimed that she couldn't see because my hair was so long and needed me to stand up so she could cut my hair. She kept me away from the mirror and just saying my previous haircut was so bad, and that she was gonna fix it. I trusted her. I should not have. She cut at least 9 inches of hair off, and thinned my hair til it was unrecognizable. I don't understand how this could even happen. I showed her an inspiration picture, along with multiple other stylists and they said it was totally achievable. not sure why Kim kept cutting after I told her repeatedly for a trim, and how much I liked the length of my hair. I had pre paid, but I tipped anyway. I left the appointment in shock. PLEASE be careful when booking. I don't want someone else loosing 2+ years of hair growth due to negligence. A professional and qualified hairdresser should listen to the clients wishes. and be honest if they do not have the ability to do the cut.

She does my color and extensions and somehow nails it every single time. I get compliments constantly and people are always asking who does my hair. My natural hair is black and she got me this blonde (see photo) while keeping my hair healthy, which says everything about her skill. She's incredibly knowledgeable and, more importantly, honest. I always check with her before doing anything to my hair because I know she'll give me real advice, not just say yes to everything. She also does my 11 year old daughter's hair and is so patient and sweet with her, which means a lot to me. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!…read more I wish I could give this salon a 0 star review, truly. I have gotten my hair done from an artist there in October 2020. She did a great job with my highlights and left me in awe. I was recommending everyone I knew to her, I was singing her praises. I even took my own aunt (who lives in NY) to this place. I made her come here for HAIR. Fast forward to July 1 2021. My cousin was getting married and I needed my hair done really nice. My hair was grown out. The artist I went to claims it is was 6 inches, maybe there was but it didn't seem like it to me because the highlights from the previous job were still pretty high. I told her I want a full head of highlights, and I want them the same color as I want them last time. She kept talking about how much regrowth I had and that the salon usually doesn't allow this much regrowth to be worked on (which i found so odd) but that she would do it for me anyway. I was pleased that she would do my hair because I liked her work... ALOT. I didn't get my hair blow dried because I was going to do it myself and see and feel the hair because I like my hair done a certain way and no one can achieve the look on yourself the way you would know. And I don't know what it is about salon lighting, but everything looks great under it. So I am like okay it looks good. It wasn't something that I was absolutely in love with but I thought maybe I don't like it because it my hair is still wet. I get home and I'm trying to blowdry my hair and it's YELLOW. I asked for neutral toned hair, and I came back with YELLOW. There was no blending done in the highlights, the bleach bled everywhere, my hair strands were making me look like a zebra. I messaged the artist and she was like come back tomorrow and we will fix it. I show up the next day, July 2 2021, and first thing's first I spoke to the manager and asked for a 50% refund because this was ridiculous but at the same time I felt bad that she spent so much time and effort on my hair so I thought it was reasonable to ask for 50% and I got it to. I went to the artist after speaking to the manager and she has an attitude with me. Acting like she doesn't see what I am talking about, being weird about the 3-4 places I showed her that were looking bad. And at the end of it I was like, "Please take a comb and look through the layers of my hair. Look at the bled bleach that is on my hair and look at the chunkiness and the look of it." And she see does that and goes, "Ah, I see what you're talking about. But I don't know how this happened. You see, you had a lot of regrowth." And I cut her off, like excuse me??? Me having regrowth does not mean you botch my hair. But she said she was going to fix it. And she did - only the parts that were very visible. She fixed the parts that were on top of my head, but anything in the layers of my hair was still the same. She fixed the tone of my hair so I was okay with that but I didn't realize she didn't thoroughly fix my hair. She made sure that I was so satisfied, she was giving me their top hair mask services, and blow drying and cutting my hair, making sure I was as happy as could be. When I left the salon, I was satisfied and I thought everything was great, but boy was I wrong. I am in California now, I am getting my hair done by hair stylists because I am the (technically) sister of the groom and I am front and center and I was having all these intricate hair styles done on me, but every time I sat in the chair of the hairstylist, they said "I can't do this hairstyle because your highlights are is chunky from within and there are so many harsh lines that it will show and it will look bad." So the entire wedding, I WORE MY HAIR ONE WAY. Straight or blow-dried. I was there for about 2.5 weeks so I couldn't even come back and get it fixed again because I had been gone for quite a while.
