I told her my son is 11 and is quite mature for his age. She was going to deny me service. I replied no and told her that I'm gonna get my service because that's what I came here for. She told me to let my son wait in the car. I then told her that I was parked all the way down the street on the other side of the block and she is asking me to put my son in the car with the AC on by himself along with the public and who knows what freaks out there. Then she told me I can't get my service if he is here. I'm here to get my service and I'm gonna get it, I responded. Then I abruptly told my son to go outside and wait for me like a dog (I wouldn't even do that to my own dog) in the hot heat. I asked her, as my son stood outside, if she had any kids, her response was no. I then proceeded to tell her that if she ever has any kids herself in the future, she will know why I was pissed. She then told me that it's just this branch manager that has that rule, and that it's not her fault she just does what she's told to do. My response, "well your manager obviously is not thinking clearly and should think before he/she acts. After a few minutes of my son was still outside standing in the heat, she told me that the manager said that he could come in this time. I thanked her and told my son "come back in dog". The end. Pissed.

And she put antibiotic ointment because she said I had a few brush burns from the waxing. When I eventually got home and looked, I have distinct marks and missing skin in the exact pattern she applied the wax. Not sure if she burned me or just took actual skin off. I'm very disappointed. Today my face looks worse than it did yesterday. It hurts to wash my face. To follow up... the owner called me. She was very helpful and kind. Asked about what I used on my face regularly and explained the process. This should not have happened. I probably should have been more vocal about what I was experiencing but I didn't quite know better. Alert- never get this done before a big event.

I can't speak for every employee but Erica really left her mark (with tint) on my face... I used to tint my own brows and it never turned out this horrible. The wax job itself was fine - she mapped out my face and left what she think I needed to grow out but it still looked messy once I scrubbed the tint off, which hurt considering it wasn't easy to remove. Let's just say I left not being able to look anyone in the eyes. How embarrassing! On a plus side, the inside of this business is very well taken care of and decorated nicely. As for leaving happy with the service, this was a bad experience for me and the $69 I lost.

When I lifted my side desk to put my water down, it was knocking into the desk of the person next to me. Walking from the chairs to the front I was constantly having to navigate around people having to ask them to scoot their chairs in just so I could walk by. I also put in my appointment that I wanted gel polish, and they put regular polish on my toes which had to be taken off and gel polish put on...which caused me to run behind for an event that I had that evening.
