I've been overdue for a haircut and was looking for one in Redlands. Hairmony got me in for a same day appointment! My stylist was Claudia, such a lovely sweet lady. Even though English isn't her primary language, she understood exactly what I wanted (with very little guidance from me) based on a couple reference photos I provided. The haircut also includes hair wash and blow out. She was very conscientious in making sure the water wasn't too hot; I almost took a nap from how relaxing it felt! With the price and l and how pleased I am with the end result, I will definitely be back! read more

I tried Hairmony for the first time the other day and I got a haircut with Jessica since my sister recommended her. She was absolutely amazing!! I didn't even have an inspo pic going in but I told her what I was looking for and she gave me literally the perfect haircut I wanted. She checked in with me constantly to make sure everything was how I wanted. I asked her what she recommended for my hair and she very happily gave me some recommendations. It was my first time visiting this hair salon, and I'm unsure how to feel about the experience. I called a few days ahead to make an appointment and was told I would receive a text from one of the stylists, but that never happened. I don't blame them since they seemed busy when I called. There was also a bit of a miscommunication because I had asked for a haircut, but the stylist thought I wanted to color my hair. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, and we laughed it off. I was pleased with the haircut I received; it was exactly what I asked for and was done within 30 minutes. However, I'm conflicted about the price. The salon's website listed haircuts at $50, but when I went to pay, I was told it was $65, before I tipped $20. While I want to commend my stylist for her excellent work, I didn't want to call her out since she was the one who charged me. I'm not sure if it's common for hair salons to charge differently than what's listed online, but unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Claudia is so excellent. The salon is very no frills but they offered me water when I waited for my haircut. Claudia does an excellent job and she is so sweet. She even remembered me from a few months ago (it was my first time!) and did the same good job she did before. I appreciate how timely they can get me in for a haircut. Excellent service today by Sandra. I was a walk in and she accommodated me right away. She took her time with my hair and checked in often to make sure I was happy with how it was. It went over the hour because I have a lot of hair but she still took her time and did great. I will be returning back to her again in the future. read more

Marylou has been doing my hair for years. Cut. Color. Highlights. We've done it all. I get complimented literally every time I leave. Marylou is super knowledgeable. Very funny. A great conversationalist. Which I love in my hairdresser. Who wants a boring service? You definitely won't be bored at Hairmony salon. Everyone there is fantastic. The girls over at hairmony salon will get you right at a great price! After trying countless barbers who butchered my hair, my brother recommended me this spot. They are all really friendly but I always go through Elizebeth. Unlike most people who cut hair, Elizebeth listens to what I would like to be done and executes perfectly. I've been going to this salon for over 6 yrs for a haircut with a Miriam and recently for eyelash extensions with Elizabeth. Miriam is always so flexible with me and my schedule and always knows exactly what I'm asking for. Elizabeth is so far one of the best at doing my lashes just how I love them, light and natural. but she can also do the volume when I need it. highly recommend either for the services. read more

Everyone needs a stylist like Miriam! She took on the challenge of my long, thick, frizzy hair. I expressed my frustration that the last few stylists I've been to didn't listen to my concerns, she listened to what I wanted, gave me professional advice on how hair like mine would look great, and was very confident with her delivery. My daughter is posting this on my account. I have been going here for a while now, but I am not going back again. Today I got my eyebrows done by Merriam and she has ruined my eyebrow. There is now a patch in it which is very noticeable. She first tried to act like it was not her fault, but the patch was definitely not there before. She then admitted it was her fault. I was very upset and now I will have to cover it up until it grows which will take a long time. Also, during a different appointment she had done my eyebrows unevenly. I do not recommend her. read more

I was really conflicted posting about my experience because I can see that, by far, most people have had a wonderful experience here. BUT-- I don't think it's fair to let someone else go through what I had to go through (eyebrow threading). If you are as nitpicky as I am about how your brows are done, please take the time to read this. First off, I would like to Emphasize how Sweet and Friendly Fabiola was. She seems passionate about her work and I want you all to know that she worked hard on trying her best to satisfy her clients. Her customer service is the only reason why I am even giving this three stars. I've had my eyebrows threaded by the same person for the past 3 years and all she ever did for me was clean them. She was light-handed and I never had breakouts since then. Unfortunately, after moving to three different locations, I decided it was time to try someone new because of the distance (30 min away). I have also gone through many prior to my main threader, and I suffered a lot from the breakouts and botched aftermaths. So going to this place was a big step for me. I was very anxious to trying someone new after 8 months of not threading. I came here around 10 in the morning and asked for Miriam/Fabiola. I really wanted to get my brows done by Miriam because I read a wonderful post about her, and Fabiola was more on the hair side. Upon my arrival, there was only one client, but I had to wait about an hour or so to get my eyebrows done because Fabiola was the only one there out of the two. I didn't mind too much. When it was finally my turn, I promised my friend that it should only take 5 minutes, tops. That's how long it took for every single one of the threaders to get mine done. I was very disappointed in how long this one turned out to be: 25-30 minutes. Started around 11:25 and walked out at 12:13. I don't even know how to lay this out so I'll just narrate it as it happened: I showed her a photo of how my eyebrows looked like after the threading and she agreed that it was just a clean up and that she got it. She sanitized her hands and my eyebrows. Then she got started. First, Fabiola threaded the bottom part of my eyebrows (very unusual for me because all the other ones have started on the top first, then bottom), and then the top. She was light-handed for the most part and I was happy with that. She then showed me what they looked like so far, and when I looked it didn't look so good already. But I didn't say anything because I knew she wasn't done. I just showed her the photo again. She threaded a little more and then suggested that she tweezed the rest to make sure not to take too much hair off. I was not pleased with that idea, and asked her how long she's been threading (7 months) so I agreed. She would show me my eyebrows here and there, and the right side was looking awful! I kindly kept referring back to the photo (because she said they're not even and the other one was more rounded, so naturally they won't come out the same) to show her that my main threader never had an issue at making it look right. Of course I didn't say all that, I was just insinuating every time I showed the photo again. She insisted that I filled my eyebrows and that my main threader didn't trim them, but that wasn't true at all. I never ever ever fill my eyebrows in, and they've always been trimmed after the process of threading. Anyway, she tweezed and tweezed until I said I didn't want it anymore and that it was done. I was so sad :( I asked if I could re-sanitize them and she referred me to the bathroom to get a good clean up if I wanted. Went in there and maybe I missed it, but there was no soap! I just patted it with water, paid the $7, then got out. I don't know how it happened (maybe it was also the heat), but my entire face was blotched with red spots. It's gone now, thank goodness, but all day and night yesterday it was very visible. I didn't have breakouts. I was panicking because the rash was forming, but after I applied medical cream it disappeared. She did a good job making them sort of look similar if you just looked at my face.. but people (I was at a birthday party!) noticed it right away whenever they really looked at my brows. My left side looked okay, but the top was jagged and not clean looking because of all the tweezing she did up there. There is also a weird gap under my arch but you can't really tell. The right side was depressing to look at. My friends and family assured me it looked okay from afar- that it was only when they intently looked that they noticed my right one is thinner and rounder. Still, the fact they're not even is upsetting. I can now say that it IS worth the drive to see my main threader. PS: She still beat the other threaders (except my main), & they had more experience (years)! I'm just not down for any more experimenting. Photo may not look bad to ya'll, but having been accustomed to my usual outcomes for the past 3yrs., this looks amiss. read more

I relied on these Yelp reviews & I was disappointed. I got an appointment with Sandra, who is abusive. She literally pulled my hair out of my head by brushing wet hair with a LOT of force. Then she thought she was ninja with straightener & comb. She literally pulled my hair straight. They said Brazilian Blowout is $200- $250 with a hair cut. She charged me $270 on her phone only in Spanish. Sandra doesn't speak English well. Four times I stopped her because of the pain. I've never had a painful Brazil Blow out but now I have. I really think she should have paid me cuz she pulled my hair for 3 hours. Clearly, she's BRAND NEW if she has a license at all. I didn't see one at her station. She shouldn't be allowed to abuse ppl. I really considered ending the whole thing, but a more experienced hair dresser helped her & did it the normal way, straight down not pulling my hair to 180 degree angle. NEVER AGAIN read more

Is it possible to mark 0? Last week I happened to get upper lip waxing done and my goodness, the lady started off like a well behaved one with gloves on and bla bla. But when it came to actually removing wax strip off my upper lip, she sulked. She absolutely couldn't remove it although she tried multiple times. I got a hint that she might not be experienced. I ended up with severe burn Marks on my face which looked so ghastly I had to skip attending a party. When I went back and showed her the Mark's, she offers me to give a refund!!! I politely declined. she was so inexperienced she used liquid wax that burnt my skin. Never again will I be returning!! read more

These person name mariam, here at this hair salon are very courteous and professional. He is careful and detailed when cutting hair. Their price for a regular haircut is just very resonble. There is no wait if you have appoiment This salon is by far the best I have ever been to. The most unique thing about this place is customer service is very excellent. I think it's awesome that they go that extra mile to help out after a cut is finished, especially if your trying to go straight to work or somewhere important right afterwards. I decided at the last minute to chop my hair this last weekend and on a whim I got Diane! SHE DID GREAT! She was so kind and easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and did a great cut! There was no stress there. At the appointment itself, she was so welcoming and kind and had really great conversation skills. As for the waxing itself, Ashley is not afraid, and she knows what she is doing. She made sure my skin was so soft and smooth after the waxing, I was surprised how well and deep she went, considering I hadn't gotten one in a long while. I've had bad experiences at other locations, but this place is my go-to place now. She is gentle, careful, and accurate with her waxing. There is very little pain with waxing here, so you're not going to cry. Overall, great experience, and I'll be coming back again soon.

When we arrived at the appointment we were greeted by two friendly receptionists and seated in a cozy little waiting area for a few minutes. The suite was clean, inviting and smelled so nice. My daughter is 12 and was a little nervous about getting waxed but Chelsea talked her through the whole process and made her feel comfortable. Chelsea took her time and carefully mapped out her brows before she started to wax. When she was done waxing she plucked out any stragglers and made sure my girls brows were perfect. My daughter and I love the way her brows turned out. She looks like a totally different girl now. :) Thank you Chelsea for being so sweet and for doing such a great job. Amazing. So I have had these knots in my shoulder blades & neck for what feels like years now. I…read morealways thought they were just like my joints or bones. Until I had several people, primarily my husband tell me they weren't normal and I should go see someone. I saw two people (physical therapist & masseuse) prior and they told me "yah they're just points and your shoulder blades." Okay! But them my husband said no it's not normal go to another masseuse so I did. I found Erika here on Yelp & I'm glad I gave her the chance! She is very sweet and informative. I booked an hour massage and it actually helped me relax. So much so, I started to fall asleep but I forced myself to stay awake. And let me tell you, I have had sleep problems my whole life and I've never been able to just relax too because of my neurodivergent diagnoses. But she helped me relax. She worked on my shoulder knots more toward the end and she was able to break them apart, but not fully rid me of them because we had ran out of time. But best believe I'll go back for longer. Afterwards, I was worried I'm not going to lie because for the rest of the day my shoulders & neck were sore. But I have it the night because I know she did a lot. The next morning, I felt good! Still a little sore but definitely a lot more flexibility in my neck & shoulders. (A bit of context: before I went in I had pain in my right shoulder & couldn't life my arm a certain way) but I was able to helicopter my arms! It was great. I definitely recommend. & please, don't let small spaces or individual businesses/spaces scare you away. This is quite common in Redlands, especially in DT!
