This salon is AMAZING! Heather worked wonders on my hair that was an absolute mess! I arrived 30 mins early for my appointment and was greeted with a warm welcome and the opportunity to get started right away. Heather was fantastic - professional and very personable! She allowed me to vent about my horrible current situation and listened to what I really wanted. The entire time I felt comfortable and enjoyed the clean, spunky, and warm environment. This is definitely a salon where anyone is welcome and you feel that way from the moment you walk in the door - no judgements or snooty employees/clients. What shocked me was that multiple employees stayed late last normal business hours to continue servicing their clients. Their customer service is top notch! I had Deshon (Coffin Dolls) do my hair and makeup for a photo shoot for my husbands Christmas present. She did an AMAZING job! I went in not really knowing what I wanted and she worked her magic! I have never felt more beautiful and sexy! I am now a loyal customer and I can't wait to get my hair colored and cut by Deshon! Love the new location too! I went in to get my hair dyed from a already bleached color to add some blue to it heather charged me nearly 300 dollars (it was a 2 hr appointment) the color is very uneven and there is streaks of blond still showing. When I reached out to heather with my concerns she did not offer any type of fix and basically said it is what it is. The price is insane I have been to multiple high end salons in downtown Seattle and have never payed nearly as much as I did here. Mind you I am a male with a man bun, I do not have hair passed my shoulder. It is outrageous that I was charged this much. read more

I got a haircut here a couple weeks ago and i loved it! Although it wasn't exactly what I asked, I still fell in love with my new look! Most of my life i usually payed 15-20$ for a hair cut but they asked for 30. I only had 20 on me because i've never been there before but they were so nice about it.
