I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but I have to do this…read more I go to the nail salon to relax, especially with pedicures. I have never had a worst experience. First they use a nail brush kinda like the picture to scrub your feet....not just nails...entire food. It does not feel good. Then they use the grainy scrub on your legs and feet which is fine and I expected but by the time they were done SCRUBBING it into my skin my legs and feet were seriously red. Elbow grease was used for sure with that scrub. It was not relaxing at all. Fortunately the lotion or moisturizer cooled down my red hurting legs so that helped. The towels they use are too rough. Almost like the cheap towels you find at the dollar store. Which again is fine unless they are using those rough towels to (again) scrub your feet. I have never winced and cringed so much during a pedicure. I am giving 2 stars because the price was good and my nails were painted beautifully. Also the location itself was nice and clean which is always a plus. However I will not be back. Not a good overall experience.

In the past I have been made to feel inferior or dumb for asking questions about methods that were being used on my nails. I was there yesterday evening for an appointment and I am not very satisfied with the service that I received while I was there. The whole interaction left me feeling embarrassed and insecure about myself and the design I had chosen for my nails. I felt like I was being mocked and laughed at, not to mention the design is not the most accurate to the inspiration photo I had shown. I had to correct color choices that the technician had made for the design and the proportions of the design are off. I felt like I wasn't a priority as a customer. I am very dissatisfied with how I am feeling even still. After bringing it up with the business directly the only offer they are making is to adjust the design. It's not worth me coming back in for, in fact I will be taking my services elsewhere. I don't appreciate the mean girl energy in this establishment. I have seen the way some of the employees are treated there, I should have taken that as a sign not to come back in the past.
