Had great work done here back in December of 2023! Went in the get pedicure and schedule an appointment for a full set the following Wednesday. The pedicure was done by a younger male who didn't have that great matching the color I wanted. I ended up with a brown color when I wanted more of a mauve. It didn't really care that much about my toes but I was told that it would cost $40 and he charged me $55. That brings me to today. They put me down for a 9:30am appointment for my nails. I showed up and sat outside in my car until 9:50 bc I figured they were not there yet bc of the rain. I ended up leaving and going to Diva nails bc I didn't have time to play around.

I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and Amee did a great job! Relaxing atmosphere for a Monday morning, country music playing with Home TV show playing. Cowboy cutting horse technician was funny! I will be back!

We had a group of 6 and 4 of us arrived a few minutes after their open time. I was so impressed to see that they were immediately able to get us all in. Most of the girls had gel powder nails and pedicures. Very pleased with the service, quality, and experience! Excellent local spot! The group of 4 of us were out in 2 hours! Well staffed, cleaned and great option for Gatlinburg!

They were truly bad. They attempted to give me one coat of paint on my fingers and actually got away with it on my toes until I called them out. That's insane for the prices they charge. Also, they don't honor their advertised coupons citing "locals only". For the hour and a half we were there it was empty and the phone was ringing off the hook and not one person moved to answer it. Giving 2 stars because I'm feeling generous. read more

Amazing staff and not that long of a wait! There were a bit of extra charges, but they did tell me before they did the service. They did super great stilettos, the lady filed down my current nail until they were how I liked and I super appreciate it. 10/10 would recommend especially if you are on vacation, they do walk ins! read more

We booked a pedicure appointment for 10:15 and arrived about 10:13. They showed us to our chairs right away but didn't turn on the water for our soak. No one spoke to us again until 10:46 when we finally stopped someone walking by and asked them to turn the water on. It was another 15 minutes before our pedicures were started. We were all very pleased with the quality of our pedicures but none of us are interested in ever going back based on the initial service. read more

I was in need of a fill in and design change since I didn't get to make it by my nail place back home in SC. I checked the reviews and decided to give Ts Nails a try. Al was AMAZING! Not only did he make sure to match up the color to the exact one shown in the picture. He took his time and was SUPER meticulous in making sure the design on my nails were absolutely perfect!! He did a much better job than my nail place back home could have done! HIGHLY recommend!! read more

i am on vacation in tennessee i wanted to have a relaxing day at this nail salon and get a new look i waited 2 hours and then they let people coming without appointments cut me in line also the nails that they did glow on immediately popped off this place is horrible and should be shut down!!! they are rude and unprofessional. dont go here! read more

Mother in law and I came in on a Friday afternoon. They did a great job on our nails. My pedicure felt good and I wished he'd have massaged a little longer. Felt nice. He didn't talk to me during the pedicure even though he spoke perfect English and talked to staff. Would have liked a little banter, but otherwise was a very good experience. read more

T Nails was a FANTASTIC find and very inexpensive compared to places back home! When we arrived they were extremely busy, but got my husband and I back right away for pedicures. As soon as I was done with my pedicure they were ready to do my nail dipping powder manicure. This was my nail techs first time doing this and he did a FABULOUS job!! Everyone was so friendly and my toes and finger nails look GREAT! I've been getting compliments ALL afternoon on my fingernails! Thank you!! read more

We called the day before, made an appointment for the next morning. One employee showed up, the other didn't. My mom sat there for an hour while I got my nails done. No one ever told us the employee wasn't coming or was late - nothing. The owner wasn't even there. Would definitely find somewhere else to go. read more

Nice place. Reasonably priced though the prices on Yelp/their website do not match the prices at the door. The woman who did my pedicure was extremely nice and friendly. The gentleman who did my better half's was quiet and was going to do nothing about her in grown toe nail. read more

I came in and asked for the deluxe pedicure and in the booklet it said it would last 40 min. It was over in less than 30 min and I still have rough and dry patches on my feet. We were on vacation and here for a wedding and I was expecting/hopeful for a little more. read more

Got a pedicure and dip manicure. The woman who did my pedicure was amazing! However, the gentleman (Tony) who did my dip manicure was awful. For starters, as soon as I was sat in his chair he left the salon for 30 minutes. When he finally came back, he did nothing but the bare minimum to clean up my cuticles. All he did was take the e-file to them. Then took numerous breaks while doing my nails to respond to texts on his personal phone. He argued with me over the color I chose and picked a different color. He also didn't do the ombré correctly (looked like he dipped the nail in the glitter, no ombré) until I asked him to correct it. I uploaded two pictures of the final product. My cuticles were extremely messy. He did nothing to clean up the extra nail products from my skin. No lotion, no cuticle oil. Everyone I came with was done with their pedicure and manicure before I was despite my being the first to get my pedicure started. Also, my nails were lifting in less than a week. Don't waste your time and money. Will not go back! read more

Very bad experience. I had manicure and pedicure (both with gel nail polish) done and my nails started chipping 3 days later. I would of went back but I was on vacation thousand miles away. Also the lady that did my pedicure left me in the middle of the pedicure to go wax someone else. . Then said that my nail polish was not pretty. who says that to a customer ? Then didn't cut my cuticle and when I pointed out that she made my nails bumpy tried to even it out with a buffing tool that filed my nail and almost burned it from the friction. Also the overall manicure and pedicure were done sloppy and not neat. Definitely will not come back there ever again. read more

So glad I took the risk, they were better than my salon back home. The staff was very friendly and they have all the latest in nail colors and designs. Tiffany did my gel manicure and waxed my lip. She was amazing! She was gentle and did a great job. The price is cheaper than back in my home state. My 4yr old daughter also got her nails painted and they did an awesome job. I'd highly recommend them. read more

They had availability the same day I called which made it very convenient for me during vacation. There were proper safety precautions used like wearing masks, plexiglass shield at each station, and hand sanitizer throughout each area in the salon. Their nail technicians knew what they were doing, and they did it in a short amount of time. They were very nice and they all engaged in conversation. My friend and I both got full sets(check out her comment). It was very affordable....highly recommended! read more

Very picky about my nails, but I wanted them done during my weekend getaway in pigeon forge. I was very impressed. Very kind people, kept asking me if it was how I wanted through out the process to make sure they did it right. Very fast & extremely affordable prices - was like half the price of my hometown ($28 for painted acrylics). Did not hurt at all/ burn my fingers with the tools, etc. Highly recommend!! read more

Spent $38 + $10 tip for gel nails to not only have 3 to chip the very next day, one nail completely peeled off and a another nail to split vertically. The man roughly pulled on my hands to bring them over the curing machine so that he could polish them. He put lotion on my hands to massage them and rotated my hand so hard that I had to ask him to be easy. Then he finished with pounding the side of my arms and top of my shoulders with his fist. I was caught off guard and had never been treated that way. He was doing it so fast that I didn't get to enjoy what is usually a relaxing experience for me. There weren't any customers for him to rush to get too. Will not go back when I'm back in Pigeon Forge. read more

I'm highly impressed with the service. I did take a star because I had to switch from Tony to Kevin mid session. However Kevin asked multiple times if I was enjoying it and made sure everything was done perfectly. It was really clean and they did go through with Covid safety. read more

I was excited to try this place based on reviews but it quickly became disappointing. They charged me for every little extra thing even to take my toe nail polish off which was regular nail polish. I also paid for my 7 year old daughter To get her first mani and pedi and they forgot to paint her 1 pinky toe. Ridiculous and overpriced for what it was. read more

She had told me that the prices were way CHEAPER compared to the resorts in the area and the quality was outstanding. I decided to book my mom a spa day for her birthday and I figured I would throw something in for myself. Seeing how I have never done anything like this before and the prices were so outstanding! I booked a manicure and pedicure, an eye brow and lip wax, and a 60 min Anti-Aging facial for my mom. For myself, I booked a 50 min back facial. Once we arrived I had a million questions about my skin. Amanda knew every single answer and more. Once I got back to the facial room there was very relaxing music playing and candles were lit. It was such a RELAXING atmosphere. I laid on the table and got a massage/back facial that after 25 minutes or so, I ended up falling asleep, because it was so RELAXING!!!! It was then my mothers turn. After 60 minutes she came out RAVING about how amazingly SMOOTH and SOFT her skin felt. My mom had always complained about how she was developing wrinkles around her eyes and on her forehead. They seemed to be diminished in just 60 minutes! My mother also got her eye and lip waxed and she said the wax she used didn't even feel like wax, and it didn't hurt at all. Needless to say, my mom and I ENJOYED our day at the spa. Walking in, there were no other customers present, but the place looks very clean and appeared to be set up to do a high volume of clientele. I went around noon on a Tuesday. I showed the woman at the front desk my nail and told her I just needed it to be fixed and she sat me down with a nail tech, his name was Tim. He was very gentle and did a good job at matching the original nail color since I had colored thin French tips. I showed my friend and she couldn't tell which one was cracked at all which is a testament to his work. Thanks for fixing me up, in and out in 20 minutes and I was charged $10. I know some places charge $5 for a nail fix, but I appreciated the service and him being gentle because it was very very painful. Now that the repair is done, I have no more pain and I'm happy with the work! If I hadn't just had my nails done a week ago, I definitely would've gotten a full set by Tim!

I was also never turned over during the massage, meaning the entire front side of my body was never worked on, so actually no moisturizer was applied to the front side of my body. During my facial I was told it would include a scalp massage, neck and shoulder massage, and hand/arm massage. Unfortunately, the arm and hand massage was never done. Considering the amount of money spent, the services felt incomplete and the overall experience was mediocre at best. To make matters worse, a 20% gratuity was automatically added, which is frustrating when the services themselves were not fully delivered. I really wanted this to be a highlight of our girls' weekend, but unfortunately my experience fell far short of expectations.

NO!!! NO!!! NO!!! RUNNNNNNNNN! I made an 11a.m. appointment, the earliest available, for my daughter's wedding party of 8 many months before and confirmed the appointment close to the date. We had to wait 45 minutes for the technicians to arrive. Then everything went bizarrely terrible. Many techs got up 4 and 5 times to smoke cigarettes. They asked the 12 year olds what extra services they wanted after being told what to do for them. Their bills alone were $120 and $130! I paid twice what I expected to pay. I unfortunately gave him a tip. Six of eight women got the wrong polish. I was told the polish I picked out "is $5 extra". What are you going to do? Take your feet out of water and pick something else? My tech literally got mad at me because he did not understand English!!! He was sooo incredibly rude! It was surreal! He skipped most of my services and I said nothing so my daughters day wouldn't get worse! She cried after receiving such terrible service resulting in 3 of her nails breaking, which she had been hyper-vigilant caring for the previous 6 months. They pegged us as tourists right away! Sheer(shear) envy's owner, Toni, said this is where all the locals go. But whatever you endeavor, do NOT get your hair done here! We paid for hair and makeup and it was so incredibly terrible she went home, showered and redid it all herself. BRIDES BEWARE!!! Anyway, the service itself was not satisfactory. Pedicure water was scalding and the hot stones were also too hot and just put on the bottom of my foot without checking the temperature with me for comfort. My "manicure' was really more of a polish change that the technician did while I sat in the pedicure chair. No lotion, massage, nothing, just removed my old regular nail polish, filed my nails, then applied a different color. She had me hold my hand out to her and did not move me to a manicure table, which meant that the top coat for manicure did not go to the edges and my nails starting chipping and peeling the polish within 36 hours of visiting the salon. Nail tips (natural nails) were not wrapped with polish, so it pulled back and left the ends bare. Pedicure polish seems to be slightly better, though the top coat is still not to the edges of my big toes, which leaves an ugly line where the polish that was not sealed is beginning to wear away. Will not revisit and do not recommend. read more

This is the worst salon ever I tried! I dont recommend this to anyone elses specially to meticulous and very specific clients! They just did whatever they want on me without even asking how! I gave instructions, but that girl who made my nails just did her own choice of design, not mine, though I gave my own specifications on the design and color! Why so? I just wasted my $75 dollars! As if they claim to know everything, they didnt even ask their clients their preferences, they just do whatever they wants! I am sorry but you guys disappionted me! read more

Horrible service. Nail technician paid zero attention to my requests--she just did what she thought was what I wanted. My nails are not only crooked, but also shaped differently. For instance, my right thumb nail is squoval and the left is square. I wanted short nails, but she disregarded my wishes. Don't go here, you'll end up wasting your money. read more

My mom and I went together just to have something nice while on vacation and we were both really happy with the results. This place is overpriced and staff are very pushy with additional services. My manicurist told me I needed to get my eyebrows waxed 4 times throughout my mani/pedi. She also cut my cuticle during my manicure which bled over my nail polish. I won't be back. read more
