You know you've been out of town too long when you have to call for and emergency facial waxing! While visiting family in Springfield I decided I needed to be ready for work upon my return home and called Frost (based on other Yelp reviews and location). They got me right in. What a cute shop! Nicole offered a friendly and pleasant greeting and assured me that Tiffany would do an excellent job. Tiffany came out shortly to tell me she would be with me in a minute after she changed linens. Clean. I like that. Tiffany turned out to be friendly, conscientious and skilled. I'm loving my new eyebrow arch and hairless face. I can't speak for their hair or nails, but if Tiffany and Nicole are any indication, you won't go wrong. It's gonna be a long commute back from California! read more

First of all, Tiffany at Frost Salon is the best! I had a brazillian wax TWO days before my wedding and she did such an amazing job. Not only did I feel comfortable and relaxed, Tiffany made sure that I was at ease the entire time. I was a little nervous at first thinking that the brazillian wax was going to hurt like everyone else says but the process was fairly quick and a lot less painful than I thought. I have had waxes at other salons but this was by far the best and Tiffany really knows what she is doing! Tiffany has a great personality and can make anyone feel comfortable! My wife & I moved out to Missouri in 2005 and ever since then she's been trying to find a stylist that she worked well with. After every new one she tried I got to hear her frustration. The most common issue she had with many of the other stylists was that they wouldn't listen to her. My wife knows what she wants & wants it that way! After she tried Frost Salon, she came home & I braced for another scathing review, but none came. She was very happy with the service she received & her hair looked great! They were able to get me in to Rebecca Kennedy on the same day. I've never been more happier with the results. She gave me the best highlight and haircut that I've ever had. What a great time I had at Frost Salon! This was my first visit and I must says the ladies made me feel welcomed! Cassidy was my stylist and took such great care of me and did such a great job in coloring and styling my hair! I'm very particular with my color and my hair can sometimes be very difficult to color. I received an amazing cut from Nicole and would highly recommend anybody looking for a cut/style to go see her! She took a lot of time and patience to get my hair exactly right, and she also took the time to give me styling tips, which a lot of other stylists haven't done for me, even when I've asked.
