Didn't put in any layers. Didn't check in with me about the length, instead taking far less off than I wanted/needed. I'm not sure she even fully shampooed my hair - it was still parted when I sat back down in the chair. And after the cut she blow dried my hair for maybe 3 minutes. So I walked back out to my car with wet hair when it was 10 degrees outside. I still have split ends, and now I have to go pay for another haircut somewhere else. My stylist didn't smile once, and spent most of the time chatting with a woman (the owner? another hairdresser?) who was wearing her pajamas in the middle of the shop. I was in and out in 17 minutes, but it was the biggest waste of time. I'll never go back.
