Many of the lights in the building didn't work, there was trash & old furniture and dirt everywhere. The restroom was down a dark hallway. I was honestly nervous to go to the bathroom by myself. The nail salon itself is in a huge, oddly decorated room that seems like it was a ballroom in its heyday. There was no one at the cluttered reception desk to greet my friend & I, and the whole situation was very uncomfortable. Hardly a spa! I still would have been happy when I walked out the door if the pedicure was good, but it wasn't it took a VERY long time to complete (over an hour), he didn't even trim my nails or cuticles, and the polish is not clean on the edges. My friend said her pedi was not good too! Her heels were still rough. The place felt dirty and unwelcoming, and the work was poor. I honestly wish I hadn't paid for the experience :/ If the place had been clean and felt safe, and the pedicure was solid, I would have been happy, but unfortunately they failed on all accounts.
