After nearly two years of trying out stylist after stylist, I finally found Shaunte through a friend, and have never been so happy with my hair! She is great at taking the time to talk through a cut/color to make sure you're both on the same page, and she's very knowledgeable about how your hair is going to react to color, or how a certain look you have in mind will turn out. Her coloring work is gorgeous, and she's always up for trying something new when I get bored with my look. She's super friendly and creates a laid-back vibe so you can really relax and trust her when you're in her chair. She's quick to return calls/texts about appointments and doesn't leave you hanging like some stylists do. I've seen Shaunte about 5-6 times over the last year, and her rates are extremely reasonable, which is why I make the 1.0-1.5 hour drive to see her every couple of months--that, and every time I see her, it feels like I'm catching up with an old friend I truly feel so lucky to have found Shaunte, and always feel amazing when I leave the salon.
