I was looking for printing of an individual booklet of memories as a gift. After spending countless hours on-line looking for a source, I searched for a printer located near me. Carbonless on Demand came up. Their office is nearby so I drove to see if they could possibly create it. The manager, Brandon Speicher, was most helpful, courteous, and went out of his way to help me with this project. Their print shop is most impressive ... clean, neat, and very impressive. Brandon had me email my materials, which I did, and it was completed in a short time. They did an EXCELLENT job. Although this was a one-time project, the efficiency and quality of their work and impressive print shop is quite evident. This is a company who cares. We run a print shop in California and have outsourced almost all of our carbonless jobs to Carbonless on Demand which saves us a lot of time and money because we can get by with a smaller staff. They've been a great trade printer to work with. We've never had a job mis-printed or late. Our customers are happy and so are we. Carbonless on Demand deserves ZERO stars if possible. Do not do business with them or you will regret it. Please view my recent encounter with them below: I spent almost $1000 ordering prescription pads from this organization. After 4 weeks (has to make 2 phone calls to get updates on the shipping status), the boxes arrived crushed as if Carbonless on Demand uses USED boxes with packing tape all around the box to get the boxes to stand. My prescription pads arrived with the color GREEN; I had ordered YELLOW. Even a 3 year old can tell the difference between colors yellow and green, but apparently Brandon (head of Graphic Design) at Carbonless on Demand can't. I spoke with Joe, Mat and another Rep and was finally directed to the Manager/Supervisor (I think it was Gina). She admitted that color has been printed GREEN vs. Yellow due to Carbonless on Demand using NEW PLATES when printing and if I wanted a redo of the job I would have to pay for the service again. I am not kidding, this shady organization is making me pay twice for my order thanks to their incompetence and substandard printing equipments. Needless to say, this transaction will be disputed through my financial institution and I will never order anything from Carbonless on Demand or their affiliates again. Carbonless on Demand is a horrible organization and has no understanding of customer service. Do not be fooled by their up to 35% off coupons. You get what you pay for and this is a classic example. read more

I've been ordering 2 part paper from this company for years and it's been fine. My last shipment the paper was not separating properly. Multiple pages would run through the printer when trying to print one page. I had some paper from a prior shipment left which I ran through and it printed fine. The paper was defective. I had to pay $80 to return two boxes, was charged a restocking fee of $85 and have two reems I didn't return which I tried to get to work in my printer, so I lost over $200. Will never order from this company again!! read more

I ordered 2 part invoices and my order came very quickly, 7 days. These were half the price anywhere on the internet. When I got them, they mistakenly printed my address and contact information on the invoices. I shot an email out to them and they called me right back and found the problem. It was corrected and my new invoices were sent out a few days later. read more

They got my order wrong and offered nothing to rectify it. When I emailed that there was an error after I received a copy of the initial order, I was told the correct order was in the "notes.". They called after I emailed there was a problem with the order I received-the same problem I told them about on the order form they sent me. I don't want the hassle of returning the paper. They said they would "get it right the next time.". Perhaps an offer of some free paper instead? There won't be a next time for me. read more

Our business has been using CarbonlessonDemand.com for 2 years now. We make an average of 3 orders per year. Our previous experiences have been positive. Carbonless on Demand had provided us with a decent product, good customer service, and did so at a fair price. This month we had our first less than ideal experience with them. They sent an email ad out offering business card printing. We added 3000 business cards to our regular order. When we order our replacement 2 part sales slips, we need them within 2 weeks. Our order took 3 weeks to arrive, which caused us to run out of the forms we need. We were able to get an urgent order of temporary sales slips from Sam's Club. I do not know why are order was delayed, beyond adding the business card order. This processing problem, delivery delay, inconvenience cost us time and money. It was our first poor experience with Carbonless On Demand, so I will give them another chance. I just wish they would have reached out to us after I told them the order was late. read more

RESELLERS AND BUSINESSES BEWARE!!! Do not place an order if you are trying to dropship. Website does not interact correctly with Paypal and my item was never received by my customer. They explained to me that I have to enter in the drop shipping information in paypal, BUT even if you do, they'll send the product with your contact info as the Ship to. On top of that, although admitting they're wrong, they wanted me to pay half of my order again in order to re-ship! No way, I just turned away and disputed the charge. Horrible business to deal with and Horrible customer service. I have been ordering invoices from this company for a few years without any problems. Now all of a sudden they can't get them right. The last order i received was not to the usual specifications. I called and talked to Alex who said he would take care of it and we discussed the parameters of the invoices again even though they should have been the same from the proof they had been using. I sent back the invoices and the replacements were not correct either. Called and talked to Alex again who said he would call me back the next day. No call so i called back and this time he had very little to say and was not helpful. Said he would have Eric call me the next morning. No call again so i called to talk to Eric. Found out they printed the wrong parameters again. Eric was condescending, rude, and told me the order they sent was mine to keep and i could do whatever i wanted to with it. No returns or refunds. WHAT A JACKASS!!! Now i'm out $141.00 with invoices i can't use. What a waste of money. This company seems to be shady in their business dealings and i definitely will not be using them again. i placed an order for 4-part carbonless on 10/13. after a week went by without any communication regarding my order i called to check on it on 10/21. i was told there was a problem with their system and they would have to get back with me. three hours later they called and told me that the job wasn't even printed yet and it would be another week! obviously they lost the order and were trying to cover their butts. the unfortunate part for me is that i am a reseller and i now have to inform my client that they will have to wait another week for their invoices. i will not being doing any future business with carbonless on demand. read more
