Nabila comes from a long line of estheticians, her mother and her grandmother were estheticians in Jordan. She uses her own sugar recipe handed down from her family. She explains the process and gets to work. I have to say the sugaring I received was not as painful as I remember. In all, the process was clean and faster than I anticipated. The other salon said it's the biggest mess of hair extensions she's ever seen and the person who did them has no business offering this service and recommended I formally complain to Dreamcatchers. I attempted to resolve this issue with the owner of the company who abruptly hung up on me . This business has unknowledgeable, poorly trained staff and horrible customer service .
