Amazing food, horrible customer service.The employees aren't even nice at all. Sals has been open for years and I have yet to pay a visit in which they treat me with kindness and respect. Almost every time I call, they always tell me to hold on, and then I'm on hold for like 10 minutes. Prices are over dramatically expensive. Upon arriving, I had to wait an additional 40 minutes after the stated time. When I went home, I've noticed they didn't include the cheese bread which I was charged for. You tell these people a simple request, to give us a call instead of knocking on the door so you do not wake up the people downstairs, the delivery driver which is not his fault comes banging on the door because none told him waking everyone up! I used to love this place. Enough to eat their pizza every weekend. Idk if it's the cheese, sauce, or bread or combination but it's horrible now. It wasn't my idea to order here the last 5 times but they were awful. The last time will really be my last time. Pizza lacks flavor and the cheese never settles right. Whatever they decided to change really ruined what they had going for them. Half the time they get our order wrong and they always put Parmesan all over our veggie pizza and it literally ruins the whole thing. Even when we tell them don't put it they put it so we have to make sure we repeat ourselves when we order so it doesn't destroy everything.
