Service was quick, attentive, and polite. Well done! The main reason for three stars was the poor maintenance of the restrooms. The ladies was "c+" clean, while the men's room was "D". We visited this establishment within 30 minutes of opening with one other customer in the building. However the men's room smelled strongly of urine with tiny gnats hovering around the urinals and toilets. Otherwise, the ambiance of the dining area is colorful and clean.

We ordered a side of grilled onions and peppers, which were spicy and went well with the torta. We ordered jalapeños but we were served Serranos, which were even spicier!
