Best experience with an HVAC company I've ever had! Extremely kind, quick responses and fast service. My A/C progressively stopped working. I noticed my house was not cooling properly so I contacted Salt Air. Someone was out the next morning to take a look at my unit. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix. Josh, the first technician, was extremely nice and explained multiple items that could have been the issue that he addressed. It worked well for about a week then started having issues again. I contacted them back and received an appointment within 24 hours again. Cody came out for this service. He went above and beyond to figure out the problem! He was there for over 3 hours to make sure he found the problem and also did a temporary fix to leave me with working A/C while the part was on order. Used SaltAir to solve a problem with our heating service during the January 2023 cold snap we had in Wilmington. We scheduled an appointment and the technicians arrived and were able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with our system. It was a bad electrical breaker. This week we had the Salt Air electrician replace a breaker for our emergency generator so that it was up to the electrical codes. The work was done in a professional and timely manner at a reasonable cost. The electrician also took the time to make sure that I knew how to set up the generator and operate the new breaker. Salt Air is the best! They installed a new American Standard heat pump a couple years ago and I couldn't be more pleased. I experienced an issue with the A/C last night so I called the 24 hour hotline and scheduled an appointment for today. Consistent with my first service a couple years ago, HVAC tech Kenny Gurganious was right on time, very professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain and had to squeeze into a very tight space to vacuum it out, but he got it done. My A/C is back on a works like a charm!
