They have a small parking lot, but I've never had trouble finding a spot. The facility is always clean, comfortable, and quiet, which makes for a relaxing experience. When I've gone during pregnancy, they've been great about making sure I'm comfortable and adjusting pressure as needed. The biggest positive is the consistency. I've had great experiences with everything from the 30-minute to the 90-minute massages. I'm taking off one star because of the tipping experience. My husband had an uncomfortable experience where he felt pressured to leave a larger tip after paying by credit card, and it was enough that he doesn't want to return. Since then, I always bring cash so I can avoid that situation. Personally, I don't feel this is the type of establishment where tipping should be demanded, especially given the pricing and the fact that I've rarely had the same massage therapist twice. I usually leave around a 10% tip, but even then I've sometimes felt like it wasn't well received. I wish management would address this with their staff because it takes away from an otherwise consistently great experience. If there were a comparable alternative nearby, I'd probably choose it because of this issue.

Alice is a muscle whisperer. She was incredible, and not for $200+ an hour, but more like $70. If you're used to going to high-end bougie places, this is going to feel like theft as it's so affordable. It doesn't have all the amenities, but they do use a full size cover up, the bed is comfortable and the room feels about the same. However, if you've already mastered the art of the affordable Asian foot spa, then just know, she's been there over a decade, and she speak clear English. You can have an actual conversation and explain your pains. It's the best of both world's. NOTE: the area looks rough and the outside of the building seems sketchy. If it weren't for the reviews I never would have tried it, but I'm glad I did. Alice is incredible! She's a muscle and soreness whisperer who just inherently finds the pain and fixes it. We both agreed that we should have saved the money and gone somewhere else. The lady who did my reflexology didn't use much pressure, moved way too fast, used the same repetitive motion, and stayed in the same area the whole time. Same for my daughter, except her pressure was fine. The man in the chair across from us was snoring so his must have been great. Overall we left and our feet were still tired and sore. I went with the Combination B, which was 60 minute table and 30 minute foot. The massages were great, pressure was spot on and all the trouble areas were handled. My only gripe is that the masseuse had to leave the room and massage on several occasions due to lobby traffic. This took away from being able to fully disconnect and relax for a solid 90 minutes. Overall, I am undecided on my return. I enjoyed, but the mental part of a massage is just as important as the physical for me.
