Parking very easy to fine, they have a lot with several other shops around. The sauna was very clean and such a comfortable environment. You can chose to watch Netflix, listen to music or just hang in quiet in the sauna. They also have a couple tools for pressure points and weights if you would like to use during your session. I did use one of the pressure point tools for my back during it and it was incredible. If you're looking for a sauna location, I definitely recommend this spot! read more

I first tried Pure Sweat when i was dealing with the seasonal flu. I had congestion like you couldn't believe and the humidifier just wasn't doing its job. A friend recommended trying Pure Sweat to get out of the house and clear up my sinuses. Well, it did just that! When I booked the first time they had a 3 pack for around $90 for new customers so I purchased that to try the sauna when I was feeling better as well. My first time at the sauna was wonderful. It's tranquil, the employees are knowledgeable and so sweet, and they even have electrolytes and gels for anything you might lose during your sweat. The sauna session itself is 60 minutes and you get your own room with towels, mused, Netflix, and a cold eucalyptus towel for after your session. Each color of the sauna helps aid in a certain area of health and energy, so just select the color you'd like before hopping in and get your sweat on! read more

I recently went to try a float session at Pure Sweat and Float. I went in and it was clean and airy which made me feel at ease very quickly. The person helping me (Giselle was her name I believe...forgive me if I got that wrong) was fantastic! She was warm and welcoming. She was energetic and very excited for me to try out my float for the first time. She got me set up and explained everything and was able to answer all my questions. My room was nice and clean. The shower was lovely. The float session was interesting, something I have never tried before. It took me a while to not focus on the fact that I kept lightly bumping the wall of the pod. Eventually, I was able to focus and I believe I fell asleep...next thing I knew my session was over. I do think the prices are a bit high for what it is, but I do plan to come back at some point because it was a great was to separate myself from the world for a bit and get some true relaxation. read more

BEWARE!!! Do not trust this location, they will charge your card multiple times without authorization, confirmation or approval. They made over $500 in unauthorized charges & did not email receipts of charges... they are now refusing a refund after over 6 weeks of trying to get a call back from a manager to the bottom of the charges. I called 3 times over 3 weeks with no return call, then after finally going there in person was able to speak to the manager. It took another 3 weeks of multiple attempts of a follow up without hearing back at all from them. Very shady and had to call bank to issue a charge back. Will be filing on BBB as well. This was easily avoidable, but their lack of communication and unethical business practices makes this place so not worth it. You've all been warned! read more

My husband and I visited here to sweat and float for a "day date" and were blown away. First, we were able to ask questions and make a reservation over the phone quickly and easily. When we arrived, we were greeted right away and given a brief tour of what the process would entail. All of their saunas are one-person saunas. You go in fully nude, so no need to bring a swimsuit. They provide a tablet attached to the sauna wall and you can either listen to Pandora Radio or watch Netflix. You can choose which color you'd like the light to be and just relax until the timer goes off. The studio is very clean and feels high-end. They really do think of everything--all the way down to a bathrobe and bag to stash your belongings in. After getting our sweat on, we went to the float pod. Apparently, Tom Brady has one of these in his home--how cool! It took a few minutes to acclimate to the feeling of floating in the water--the salt in the water pushes against your body and gives a really neat weightless feeling. There is a soft blue light, ambient music and the water is very warm and relaxing. The pod is big enough that I could even do some stretches while floating. After floating, you can step into the shower, where soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided. There's even a vanity area in the back of the studio with lotion and a hairdryer. Overall, this was a very unique date idea and we both left feeling healthier and more relaxed. We'd definitely recommend it to our friends! read more

Lifegiving. Seriously. My beloved niece suggested it (I was visiting from Minnesota.) For me, when people say 'float tanks' I think of William Hurt in that 80s movie Altered States. Not so much my thing ... but I did it and it was fabulous! It was SO peaceful - the time went too fast. But the best part was the next couple of days. It's hard to describe, but I was instantly more peaceful (different from relaxed) than I had been in ages and I slept really well - and that went on for a few days!!! DAYS! Gentle recommendations: #1 turn off all the sound and lights for the 'womb experience' and use the floating 'head-rest'. #2 schedule your float time for after a massage or yoga class - I feel like that would make both things even more effective. read more

Tried float therapy for the first time tonight & I am in love. I was recently in a pretty bad car accident earlier this week and experienced severe whiplash. All I wanted was a massage but couldn't due to all of my bruised tissue. I thought about PS&F and thought that it wouldn't hurt to try. It has already helped tremendously after one session. My range of motion in my neck greatly improved and I feel so relaxed and refreshed. It took a few minutes to get comfortable and relaxed because it is an odd feeling but within the first few minutes I got settled and went into a daze that I didn't want to end! I didn't know what to expect, but this by far exceeded any expectations I had. The sauna is a dry sauna, no steam, which I had never done before, but I loved it even more than the traditional saunas I've used before. Absolutely in love! This was my first time floating and using an infrared sauna and I am now happily addicted. The infrared sauna cabins and float pods are both state of the art and the only of their kind in Nashville and I am so thankful I found them! I have been using the infrared sauna therapy 3-4 times a week for 3 months and I have felt a significant difference in my skin, weight and most importantly my pain management and overall health. It has been a game changer for me!! And another plus is that I can watch Netflix while l sweat, it's a dream come true! Onto the float...so amazing. The more I do the float the more I understand how great it is. It's a new facility and the esthetics are super clean and crisp. I have a sluggish thyroid and lymphatic issues and infrared sauna sessions help me keep the toxins flushed (sweat) out. Very peaceful sanctuary in the middle of Belle Meade! The saunas are the perfect way to detox, I can really tell the difference after doing infrared therapy for several sessions, you literally sweat out chemicals and toxins that are in your pores. I am so upset and disappointed about the experience I just had walking into the Spa. Had a reservation at 2 pm with 2 girlfriends and we were extremely excited to come in and try the spa. The Spa was beautiful inside and we were ready to have a relaxing experience. When we went to check in, they had mistakenly put 3 other women in our reservation because the receptionist was extremely unprofessional when we called and did not ask for our name , number, email, nothing. So when 3 random women showed up they put them in our spot. Not only did the spa turn us away after that disappointing news, they didn't offer us anything to come back, did not offer any sort of discount for the inconvenience of planning our entire day of coming to this appointment. We weren't tourist and we could Of been potential new regular customers. This studio is such a treat! The studio is clean, chic, and inviting. I did both the infared sauna and float therapy sessions and can honestly say I've never experienced anything like it before. Much different than the other places in Nashville claiming to offer the same services. There is absolutely no comparison!!! The owner, Candice, is lovely and the entire staff seem knowledgable and passionate about what they offer. I use infared saunas for detoxing and anti aging benefits for skin, love the glow I have when I leave. This studio might just be my fav and I regularly go in NYC and LA. This place is a must-visit!!! It is so clean, staff are extremely helpful and if I could give the experience more than 5 stars I would. Booking an appt online could not be easier. I had been wanting to try the saunas as an adjunct to my marathon training and to help with some of the joint inflammation and muscle soreness that comes along with hours and hours of running every weekend. I left with so much more! It was so so so relaxing to sit in the sauna...turn my phone off...and just be alone in some peace and quiet. But if you arent a peace and quiet kind of person, each sauna (they are private saunas in their own private rooms) has a small touchscreen with Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, etc you can watch and listen to. Hey, if you need that 40 minutes to catch up on your Netflix guilty pleasure this is a great place for that too! I was so surprised at how relaxed I felt but also energized!
