Ngl I blacklisted them and prob would've never gone back if they didn't reach out (I take time wasting p seriously since we are all so busy). Gave back 2 stars for the gesture. |[ e n v i r o n m e n t ]| It's a small lil lobby that has the salt room and the infrared saunas all in view. It was interesting and my first time in a salt room and wasn't sure what to expect. It was p calm and relaxing and the "salt particles" didn't bother me at all. The infrared sauna unit itself was as expected, I do wish it had more of a private area around it so you can come out when you get hot or get nekkid in it lol (like other places). |[ o v e r a l l ]| All in all enjoyed the experience though I felt the time allocated to both rooms (25min each) was too short. If I come again it would be more for the salt room vs the infrared sauna. Parking lot out front so can be full at times. If you make an appointment be sure to confirm they know about the appointment (the booking system did not notify them according to them for my specific incident last time). I suggested for them to add a working contact number people can call/text to confirm after they make the appointment to avoid situations like this in the future.

They have 3 infrared saunas, a salt room, and a small closet to store your items. The infrared sauna is a dry heat that's preset for your time and type of relaxation treatment. I did 45 minutes and it was the perfect amount of time. You have the option to change the light color and the timer shows when your time is up. You can also hook up your phone to the Bluetooth inside the booth for meditation music or listening to podcasts. The staff is so nice and walks you through everything before. Next time I want to try the salt room! Highly recommend booking this place.

The atmosphere was calm and respectful, and the staff was wonderful. Helen did my scrub and did an excellent job (on the harsher side, which I loved). The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly. I immediately recommended this place to my group chat and will definitely be back. The only thing missing is food options -- hope they add some in the future.

My husband loved it. The massages are a little rough, so I asked for them to be a little softer. But, I'm kinda a baby with massages, like I don't book deep tissue type of massages. The masseuse went on top of my back on all fours lol. I started laughing when she did that, she started to giggle too. I told my husband she was so petite I didn't mind it. The spa areas were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I didn't bring a bathing suit, so I couldn't use the co-ed area which looked so peaceful and relaxing. The spa offered shorts for men, so my husband utilized the co-ed hot tubs. He said he was the only person in the co-ed area and men's side. In the women's area, where they had the hit tubs, women are nude. So, it's a little stressful at first because I never been to a spa where people are nude. But, I eventually got comfortable and enjoyed the hot tubs. The women's are that had the clay room, salt room, and sauna required robes. That area was so relaxing. The clay area was my favorite.

I came to Salt Me Halotherapy with some of my friends as part of an open event they had a while…read moreback. Along with salt caves, they have rooms dedicated toward other wellness services that are salt-treated like a sauna, lymphatic massager, red light therapy, and jade massage bed. Upon arriving, we were greeted by friendly staff who helped us out and introduced us to the different rooms and told us more about the health benefits of salt therapy which include anti-inflammatory and anti-respiratory effects. We then got to try out the different rooms: -The lymphatic massager was overall everyone's favorite. There's a small learning curve on how you can lean your body on the machine while it moves so that you can let it massage whichever body part you want. If you have any tense areas it's really good and it's easy to feel its effectiveness. -Jade massage bed is relaxing and passive. It has salt next to it and a salt lamp in the room and there were eye masks. You essentially lie down and let the massage bed work itself on you. -There are two red light rooms. One of them fits one person and you lie down on it but the other you can sit/stand and fit three people. We used the larger one. Even though you can fit three people, you'll all be sitting next to each other in a narrow area. The unique thing about this is that it's also salt-infused and we could taste the salt as it came ino the room. I'd bring a book, meditate or you can put on some music while you're in there. -Sauna has salt on walls. This is one of the nicest rooms visually and cleanliness wise. The room got really warm and hot and they had towels for you to dry off. They also provided water so you can stay hydrated -Lastly, the salt caves - these are the main highlight of Salt Me Halotherapy. The rooms are dark, but the design make you feel like you're at a beach. It's cool inside and salt is all over the floors and wall. We were told they change out the salt on the floor often (not sure about the walls) so hygiene doesn't seem to be an issue. There are a few salt rooms of different sizes so multiple people can be using them at once. It does feel therapeutic to sit inside and relax for a while. My friend said she felt some slight health benefits, but the next day she also said she felt really dehydrated and thinks it might be from the salt rooms. I had no issues myself. Lots of toys and entertainment for kids so it's great for working adults who need a day to treat themselves and there are monthly membership options for regulars. There are lockers in the back to put your stuff away. The customer service is really caring and nice which makes it feel like a premium experience. It's a small building with limited rooms. During the open event we also got to chat with some customers who were regulars and they were very passionate about the benefits that salt therapy has done for them (one person even mentioned that they keep a salt block in their car!). Honestly I'm still a little skeptical of salt therapy as I'm not sure if it's for everyone but it's worth trying out if you're not sure yourself! The idea makes sense, but it's hard to commit to going frequently unless you're local to the area or are going every day and want to have the supplementary wellness. I do like the other services like the sauna, lymphatic massager, and red light therapy. I kind of wonder if there would one day be a sort of day-pass experience where you can do all of the services in one day vs. booking individual services one-by-one because that might make for a nice spa day with a group.

Why it's worth hard earned cash? Imagine your body as a…read moresymphony orchestra--each instrument representing a system: muscles, nerves, hormones, immune cells. When you're in chronic pain or stress, the orchestra plays out of tune--the violins screech, the percussion races, the flutes can't keep up. Now imagine magnesium as the conductor's tuning fork. It doesn't play an instrument itself. It doesn't hand you new strings or hit the drums. Instead, it emits a calming resonance--subtle, precise--that helps the musicians retune themselves. When you immerse yourself in a float tank, it's like laying the entire orchestra in a perfectly quiet concert hall filled with that tuning resonance. The magnesium ions, the warm water, the silence, the weightlessness--all create a chemical and sensory silence where your body's instruments can hear themselves again and fall back into alignment.

A bit surprised by all the hyper positive reviews…read more If this had been my first float experience I'm not sure I'd ever have gone back. Instead of the egg-shaped pods, Float clinic has little rooms which I thought looked roomy and interesting based on the photos. The good: * I do like how you can step directly from the shower into the float tank. The tanks are fairly roomy, I'm 5'8" and felt I had a decent amount of room. * the bathroom was clean and equipped with hair dryers * the lobby is cute and inviting * friendly staff, good overview of the float process The meh: * my float tank door didn't close all the way, and my room light didn't automatically turn off which was distracting. I eventually got out and flipped the switch * salt wasn't fully dissolved, tank maybe a little oversaturated * I actually prefer the elliptical pods, I found the corners distracting * shower curtain was gross, I wish they just had like a half wall which would be easier to clean * there was caution tape in the shower and the frame around the door of the tank was popping off - just didn't look that nice. * just the one bathroom and the hairdryers are in there so you hold up the toilet if you use them - would be nice if there was a separate space for this * the place I usually go has thoughtful touches like little packages of Vaseline to cover any small scrapes so the salt doesn't burn, hot tea available, other little things - Float Clinic didn't have those, was pretty bare bones. Final verdict: for me, this was just ok. I've had a much nicer float experience at my usual spot and now I'm spoiled. Glad I got a float in while I was in town but wouldn't return.
