I just had my first treatment at Veda spirit and I couldn't be more happy. I had the IET healing with Julia and found it to be very calming and peaceful.! Julia is very intuitive and was able to get a sense of what I was looking for in the healing! I plan to have more therapeutic treatments and explore of the Ayurveda therapies that they offer. Another thing that I wanna say is that the atmosphere is very serene and comforting and that it is very conducive to a positive healing experience.. I had a Abhanga svedana massage with Julie and it was one of the most amazing massages I've ever experienced. She is a true healer using delicious hot oil massaging your entire body. *Before my rant below, when I walked in the spa Pamela(I believe her name)graciously greeted me. The ambiance is warm, calming and very clean! Today was a day of self care ,Alexandra and Julia were absolutely AMAZING!! Both are very lovely, have good energy and had me in such a serene place when I left. Alexandra did my lymphatic drainage detox massage and Julia my Ayurvedic Facelift Massage. They both took their time, answered any questions I had(tried to be mindful lol of the sessions being quiet and peaceful, in which overall they were). They're hands are magical and during my massage with Julia it took me to a meditative state. I will definitely be back!! *Prior to coming I did measure my body(top/bottom stomach and thighs as well as hips. I had the shirodhara and it was heaven! Amazing. I am an A-type personality and always working or running with the kids. I walked in with the world on my shoulders and walked out clear and smiling. The receptionist said I even looked different! Now, I do not like the fakeness that I have found in many of these places so I am not someone to jump on the spiritual bandwagon but what I experienced was extraordinary. I came across Veda wellness, on my Instagram! I kept it in mind for something I would like to try on my day off after thinking twice I went for it! I love this place! I got a facelift massage and believe me I was skeptical when I went in. I could see a subtle difference right away but the next day I was a full blown believer. I'm pregnant and not able to indulge in the usual Botox that keeps us all looking young in LA and I couldn't wait to get back to it. But I'm not so sure I'll go back to it even when I'm allowed to. VEDA is a place I've been looking for for the past five years of my life in LA. The owners know that the modern world requires a new approach to medicine and this approach is holistic and natural! Not only did I have two wonderful treatments (lymphatic drainage and organ massage) but also had an interesting conversation with Dr Oxana. She is a well known endocrinologist and osteopath, who knows how the body functions and how it needs to be treated as a whole. I won't go into detail, because I completely fell asleep in love with this place. But let me say in short that even if you are only looking to relax, you should definitely try VEDA. Hate posting bad reviews, but it's for the good of the people. I had a lymphatic massage here by Alexandra who is not an ethical person at all, she's very conning. My first session with her she just kept promoting herself saying "I have a gym, I could give you discounts (which she never did) I could charge you cheaper for a massage at my place..." Which is kind of inappropriate to keep trying to sell someone who is a customer/client at Veda to go to you instead. I regret going to Alex's gym because she ripped me off and charged me way more than we agreed. So all she does is try to take advantage of Vedas clients. Just trying to warn other people about her so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I already spoke to Regina about this and she kept saying this wasn't her fault, which I wasn't blaming her for this. All I was trying to say is that this should not happen in Veda. She should not try to sell herself to clients here and then take advantage of them. I don't want anything from this place. I don't want a new therapist or discounted massage. All I want is for Alexandra to be held accountable. Thanks. read more

As a person who rarely writes reviews, I have to be truly impressed by the services in order to write one. And let me tell you, I was! First of all, the place is so beautiful and serene. Everything, from the minute you walk in and wait for the service to begin, while sipping on a healing herbal tea, to the minute you walk out looking and feeling absolutely gorgeous and refreshed is perfectly thought trough and luxurious. I had an Ayurvedic face lift massage, not knowing exactly what to expect. I have been looking to try Ayurvedic treatments for a while, but have not been able to find a perfect place. The healing hands of the therapist, the soothing music, the environment put me to sleep for the first 20 or 30 minutes of the massage. The treatment lasted about an hour, and I was amazed at the result - there is no need for botox or filler, my skin looked plump, the lines filled in, no more deep circles under my eyes - just perfect! It has been few days now, and I'm still amazed with the results, every time I look in the mirror. I can't wait to go back for another face lift massage and to try the Shirodhara treatment. read more
