Had enough like us??? Water Ones approach is different and their service has been outstanding. You can call the day before you need a delivery and they come out. The rates are fair. Most important the water quality is very good. Stop get screwed over by the big guys (nestle) ... just like your cable provider and will sacrifice any customer satisfaction just to make an extra dollar. Not the case at Water One.. It took multiple calls and days, and when they finally came to turn the water on it took all of ONE minute for it to come on. They clearly never came to the house! I became even more convinced that they never came to the house until they actually did because after that visit, I got about 5 emails regarding appointment confirmations, which I'd never gotten before. Thankfully the pipes didn't freeze or cause us any other problem. But seriously, this should not have been as hard as it was... Hopefully I do not need to contact them in the future.
