They suck! I have been a customer for a long time and now all of sudden they drop the ball in delivering my water! I was suppose to get water today and I got nothing. But yet received a text stating water was delivered but went to look and there is no new water bottles! The empty jugs are still sitting there! They have no problem taking your money before you get the products and yet the customer service rep said oh well did you look outside? Yes dumbass I did! Nothing and there was no Picture confirming the delivering . Now I have to wait until 11.27 for delivery. So I need to spend money and buy water at the store! And all I got is $10 off. Wish we could give 0 stars. They are absolutely horrible. Have been trying to have our second delivery since November 18th, was "rescheduled because we cancelled the delivery" (which is not true) to December, and they kept rescheduling over and over, now our water delivery that was slotted for today is rescheduled for January 13th. We emailed our frustrations to customer service, was told some runaround story of a truck breaking down (for 2 months?!) so we're cancelling. DO NOT USE READYREFRESH, you will never receive it. The worst company in the world for water delivery service. Literally every delivery Is changed against my will. I have been waiting for months for my water delivery that is always being changed. The email me that a delivery will arrive, but then last minute change it on me. I've now cancelled my services due to them not fulfilling my orders. Now after no attempt to pick up my equipment I now have a collections account for $300?!?!?! Seriously f this company they beyond suck. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I put my account on inactive status months ago because they kept delivering water I DIDN'T ORDER every two weeks!!!!!!!!!!! I have spoken to the HQ twice, each time I was told they would take care of it...then two weeks ago they showed up again and I said no delivery and they still charged me a delivery fee and tip for the driver. Two weeks later (today) I come home to 6 more bottles of water. I now have 30 full bottles of water, and I am the only person living here. No local phone number and an offshore customer service group make this company impossible to deal with at any time. read more

I have been a customer since 2015 and never had an issue until 2020. Gave them slack because of the constraints put on due to Covid-19. It's been three years, and they still have issues. Last week, I contacted customer service to swap out equipment since the dispenser stopped working. Said to make it easier on them, I suggested to swap it out at my next delivery, which was Monday, 27 November 2023. Delivery was a no show. Spoke to three different customer service representatives. Was promised that I would receive a delivery today, Wednesday, 29 November 2023 between 8:45 AM and 10:45 AM. Never received delivery. Called at 4 PM and was told it's on its way by 6 PM. Our small office ordered a top loading self cleaning water dispenser. The machine set up easily enough. We had an issue with our water bottles being overfilled and would spill when we dipped the hose in. We recently changed the filter and the machine is not functioning properly. Were on hold and unable to get customer service to send a replacement when we were under warranty. Not impressed - extremely disappointing. read more

Cancelled service with this company because of two reasons: 1) One year during their service their prices were going up every single month and I finally noticed because the bill seemed way too high one month and I guess I had to 'catch them',so then I call them and they instantly gave me a $50 credit and locked in prices for a year without questioning the situation. So I assume the price would most likely have kept increasing until they were 'caught'... I should have cancelled after that episode but I did not. It was like catching a kid with his hand in the cookie jar. 2) I Received a letter this week indicating that because of Covid-19 and some other excuses they are raising prices by $2 PER BOTTLE, and $1.50 Dispenser Rental bringing the totals to around $10.50 for a 5 gallon, and $8.50 per month for renting the dispenser. I found another company that charges $5 less for bottles and $4.50 less for monthly dispenser rentals. Needless to say I changed services the next day upon receiving that insulting letter. HOWEVER, using Covid as a reason to hike prices up is beyond unethical in my opinion. This is a large multi national corporation -- IE Nestle... so arbitrarily raising their prices to offset their potential 'covid' expenses literally makes their covid impact most likely closer to ZERO after their changes and places all of that "new" expense onto their customers... this is not a way to keep happy customers. Their customer support line even told me they created an ENTIRE department of retention staff in order to KEEP their customers aroun 3-4 months ago...that is how bad it got. The covid letter was the final straw as I don't need to hear how helping others is "WOVEN INTO THEIR DNA" as they stated in their letter, yet they are one of the largest multinational companies in the world and they want to offset whatever impact covid had onto their customers, because apparently -- according to them - covid only affected their business and not a single one of their customers. Never again will I watch this compant hike their prices up for "insert reason here", and the company I switched to told me that they are receiving A TON of ready refreshes' upset customers. Ready refresh needs to rethink the employee's status that came up with this lovely idea of pushing away their customers, while insulting them with a letter under the guise of sympathetic concern during these "troubling times." read more

I been with ReadyRefresh for 5years. But this last year have been the worst, maybe a new deliver person or something. This driver have been pushing deliveries back or leaving them in odd spaces in my apartment building. But this time I had enough and will be leaving ReadyRefresh. We stay on the 11th floor which its a stairwell to get to the apartment, the driver who have a dolly left the water on the stairs like spike like and picked up my empties by my door. So now with a bad back and my wife have to carry 5 gallons of six bottles up the flight of stairs. After leaving my previous water company of Hinckley because they joined with Primo and the water was making me sick I ordered from ReadyRefresh. So far they're delivery is poor. I just got their service Beginning of September with delivery every 2 weeks. So in the 1st month of September i was supposed to receive 3 orders. My 1st initial order with the cooler. Received that on the 3rd. And the every 2 weeks after. Both were missed and not delivered. Their answer "we dont show you were supposed to have a delivery " Really?! My setup order clearly states EVERY 2 weeks!! So now i have to keep calling them every time my order is missed. Only a month in and I AM NOT HAPPY! read more

We have been customers since 2000. Deliveries have been awful for the last few years, with ReadyRefresh regularly (more often that not) changing my delivery day each month. Last month it was changed 2 times from the original date and even after they called me and sent me an email. This last time they notified me that they moved the delivery date up to the next day after their office closed. I wanted to add to my delivery but was unable to even when I called the next morning. I needed to add a case of bottles but they told me I would have to pay an additional delivery free! I bought the brand at Costco for less money. We would discontinue but they are the only company that does not require paying on-line. Now they send me an email asking if I want to tip the delivery driver!!! What is the delivery fee for??? I do tip my regular guy and other delivery persons when they ring my bell (that is on my account info). I realize they are short staffed but I have been more loyal to them than their employees. read more
